Can you point me to details regarding Slido App Icon Badges and what triggers each so we use the knowledge to better support our users at the State of Illinois? See example of a RED app icon badge with (!) in the screen shot enclosed. thx! 

I have created a survey with multiple ranking polls. I would like to display the average results from each poll in a single survey result; rather than results for each poll.  Is this possible?

I use Slido with Google slides and it used to auto generate the event code on each slide. Is there a setting for that?

I’m new to Slido and trying to test it out to see if it will work for my classroom. Are polls the same as questions? Is there a way to put many questions in one poll? Or do I need to be an upgraded customer to put more than three polls? 

I am wondering if I can collect post-meeting survey results in a slido poll tool? I am using Polls and Word Clouds during an upcoming power point presentation and thought it would be nice to offer, rather than sending everyone to an online survey tool (like in constant contact.) Is there a way to ask people to reply to survey questions using Slido again? 

Is there any way to add poll questions in bulk rather than adding them manually one by one?Thanks

Hi all, first time user and planning to use Slido at a conference in September.I don’t want to use the Slido powerpoint download as it will not be my presenting laptop on the day, and asking uncertain presenters to configure their own presentations would be difficult anyway.So, what is the best way for the presenter to ask a question/poll of the audience? Assume I have pre notification of the question / poll and have entered it in the event list already. Should I just ask the presenter to include the slido url on their slide that takes them to the slido poll?Thanks

Hi, We use Slido in every company meeting and allow all the employees to ask questions anonymously if they like.We noticed that the reply is also anonymous when replying to an anonymous question. How can we keep the questions anonymous but make all replies display the replier name?

Since Slido has the option to embed your videostream into the platform, it makes sense to use Slido as your main stand-alone platform. In that case creating a registration form within Slido would be useful. Is this something that already exists or is it on the roadmap? Thanks in advance for your time! Frank

How do you prevent people using ChatGTP or other AI bots to search for correct answers to multiple choice questions? Currently you can cut and paste question and all answers into AI bot and it gives you answer. Can you block ability to cut and paste text?- HELP!

Hi, I have 5 questions in a quiz and I would like the leaderboard to be reset after every question. Reason being, I would like to have 2 winners for every question asked.Is there a solution for the above? Thank you. 

I have a weekly orientation that I would like to use Slido. The meeting has a different presenter each week. I added slido questions to the power point, when I present I am able to pull the results into the power point template ( I am assuming because I have the Slido Tool bar). Do I have to add every single presenter as a user and have them download the tool bar for them to pull in the poll results?

Is it possible to only show the single top responses live on a poll? We plan to use the poll for audience members to vote for their favourite presentation.  There will be 10 presenters so we only want to show the most popular so as not to embarrass any of the other presenters.

Would like to know, if it is possible to go from one slido to another slido without having to disconnect from my meeting? Last time I tried to change my slido within my meeting room, it seems that everyone including me, had to disconnect from my meeting to access a different one. Thanks for your answer.  

Hello, I'm going to use slido for a sales meeting. There will be 160 people voting for several categories.I would like to know if it is possible to display only the winning category when the results are presented? If so, how do I do this?  Thank you very much :)

I have the following use case. Many attendees are participating in a slido poll. I want to prevent not invited users to vote AND and need to grant multiple votes (2 or 3) to only some users whereas "standard" users should only have 1 vote granted. Is it possible?

I would like to create multiple-choice grid e.g. list 5 categories on the left, with all 5 having the same options to choose from to score e.g. very unlikely to very likely. Is this possible? Currently seem only be able to do one at a time!

I wondered if you could help please? I just want a fairly simple slido plan that we have one question which operates for a 6 week period. People can post their questions anonymously via a link (the same link over the whole period) and everyone be able to see all the questions and like them if they want to. Which plan do I need for this? 

I am looking to create poll where the respondents are of 3 different groups.  Is there a way to have respondents first identify which group they belong to and then answer subsequent questions?  Eg:  let’s say I am polling 20 Kings, Queens and Jesters.  My polling question is:  “Do you think that the country will be fall to the rebels?  Yes/No”   I want to know how many yes/no’s across the 3 groups.  Is there a way to do this?

I created an event earlier this week and went to test it out today with some participants but I cannot see any tab except “analytics” when I open my event.  Even when I duplicate the event it does not show me my quiz questions or let me start the quiz.   What am I doing wrong?

Hi,I’m using Slido for LightSpeed Council meetings which occur every two months.My slido for LightSpeed Council meetings has end date 30-June-2023. This date already extended but I need to keep extending it since I don't have end date for those meetings.My questions are:Can I extend the slido to additional year even if its already being extended in the past? If I will extend it, is it going to impact the analytics report ? Am I going to lose some historical data? Is there  an option not to define due date for the event?Thanks,Keren 

A colleague asked a question that I could not answer.  Maybe some of you who are both Teams Guru and Slido Guru can tell me. How is Slido better to use than Teams or the built-in Teams feature? Apparently you can ask questions anonymously in Teams as well.  Thank you for your insight!!

I have a red exclamation mark appearing in my powerpoint, I have logged into my account which was sucessful and it tells me to open powerpoint but the exclamation mark still appears.  I have uninstalled and re-installed, but still having the same problem.    Slido is enabled, I have checked that.  Is there anything I am missing?
