I created an event earlier this week and went to test it out today with some participants but I cannot see any tab except “analytics” when I open my event.  Even when I duplicate the event it does not show me my quiz questions or let me start the quiz.   What am I doing wrong?

Hi,I’m using Slido for LightSpeed Council meetings which occur every two months.My slido for LightSpeed Council meetings has end date 30-June-2023. This date already extended but I need to keep extending it since I don't have end date for those meetings.My questions are:Can I extend the slido to additional year even if its already being extended in the past? If I will extend it, is it going to impact the analytics report ? Am I going to lose some historical data? Is there  an option not to define due date for the event?Thanks,Keren 

A colleague asked a question that I could not answer.  Maybe some of you who are both Teams Guru and Slido Guru can tell me. How is Slido better to use than Teams or the built-in Teams feature? Apparently you can ask questions anonymously in Teams as well.  Thank you for your insight!!

I have a red exclamation mark appearing in my powerpoint, I have logged into my account which was sucessful and it tells me to open powerpoint but the exclamation mark still appears.  I have uninstalled and re-installed, but still having the same problem.    Slido is enabled, I have checked that.  Is there anything I am missing?

Hi, I am running multiple rooms with breakout sessions running at the same time with different presentations using quizzes.  I plan to gather an overall “event” leader board to drive some competitive energy throughout this event.  We are repeating the same Powerpoint presentations 10 times over the course of 2 days.Please advise if this is the recommended procedures for the start of each breakout session. OR provide the best alternative.1. Reset sessionRun PPT Presentation (using PPT integration) Once presentation end, Download results for all Rooms RepeatWill this prevent data from previous session to be overwritten?  I can then merge all 10 data-sets to create a overall leader board.

Is there a way to change the size of the poll question on the display screen and/or fonts, etc?

I loaded my poll questions into slido. Now I want to export them before the event to check everything. I have a professional one time subscription. In analytics this option is greyed out. Why can’t export now? Must I wait until after the event? I need to study the options, questions, sequencing etc. before the event. I have them in a Word document, but what if I made a mistake entering them in slido?

Hi Everyone, At my work I train new hires for different types of positions. Is there a way to organize slidos into folders or something similar to keep them organized when needing to create multiple slidos for 1 “training”. For example I have a set of slidos for customer support training, and a set of different slidos for back office processing training and my main dashboard page is looking a little hectic.

I will be repeating a presentation.   The first time at 11:30 and then at 1:30.  Do I need to clear the answers from the 1st group’s Poll before the 2nd group?Or should I do a separate duplicate Poll?  Shown on a different slide? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,  I have downloaded Slido for google slides, but when I create a new deck go on add-ons, I cannot select Slido for Google Slides.I don’t know what to do, I tired on Chrome and Safari and the same thing. (I use a Macbook FYI).  Any ideas on what I can do ?  Thanks !Marion  

I have an invitation from my boss for a Teams Meeting and I intend to use slido during this meeting also using powerpoint integration. I want to be the host for slido, but I have not invited for the teams meeting.How can this be managed?

Dear community, I am facing compatibility issues working with empower addin.If both addins are installed, Powerpoint is hanging in Presenter mode. You can always reproduce it, tested with Office 2019 and Office 365, empower ver 8.7 and latest Slido, Steps to reproduce:create new presentation add some slido artifact (e.g. Question, Join Information) save presentation start presentation in presenter mode → Powerpoint is crashing (stopping working and restarting) after 20 sek. Starting in presenter mode is not possible.Is the issue with empower known?Is there a fix or workaround for working with empower?empower is rolled out corporate wide and seems the co-existing of both addins is not possible at this moment. Is there a way to reset the Joined Participant analytics? We would like to use the same code and url link for multiple dates, but would like to see when each participant logs in. We use SAML SSO for all of our events, and right now, if someone logs into an event, it only shows the first time they log in, even if they log in weeks apart. Another feature that would help us is to see if we can capture when people leave the page, but that is a topic for another time.

Hi, Do all attendees need to have the app policy to use Slido in Teams enabled for the integration in meetings to work or only the organizer?

I am organizing a song contest. The visitors have to choose from 20 participants, 3 that they think are the best. We don't want them to be able to change their choice after voting. They should not be able to vote again, when they refresh the website. And is there a fraud check built in?  Are these options in Slido and which subscription should I have?

Is there an option in the settings to disable upvotes? So that I can use the Q&A tool but not give the audience the option to upvote/promote questions?
