Can you please help me understand how I can also reuse a powerpoint presentation with a different slido? It says it’s beneficial for trainers or event hosts who want to reuse a single presentation with multiple audiences but use different polls each time. But I don’t understand how it works? I want to ask the same questions when I reuse the presentation, so the I’d want the different slido to be a duplicate of the first one?

Can i put out a quiz that people can take “on demand”?  I’d like people to take the quiz before or after our meeting, and not during it.  Can i create a quiz and “launch” it and let people take it when they want?  

I am doing a seminar at a school with about 50 + parents and was wondering will the qr code be big or clear enough for the parents to scan it and answer the questions, poll or whatever I am asking. I don’t know how else to give them the slido link during the live seminar. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know.

Why isn't "Share" with "Download Image" working anymore? It always worked perfectly before the "new" Slido, and I need it quite often. It's very annoying now because it's so tedious to copy the results.What can I do to get it working again?

I would like participants to automatically access a document after completing a survey. How can I do that?

We have a full one day event using a professional plan, with 5 sessions which we want to be able to use the Q&A in.All people are in one room. Would it be best to setup the Q&A by using labels for each question, or as separate 5 meeting rooms and deactivate/activate the Q&A? Are we able to setup this up to trial to make sure it is working how we want to it?

We have been informed that individual events would exceed 1,000 participants (we have the PRO subscription). However, we know from our registrations for these events and from simultaneous video stream embedding analytics that the numbers are much lower. Like 4 to 5x times lower. We would now like to understand where these massive discrepancies come from.First, we would like to confirm how you count “participants.” Our understanding is that it refers to views of the embeded slido in different browsers or on different devices? This means that opening another tab in the same browser, reloading the website, or closing and re-opening it in the _same_ browser does not result in it being counted as a “new participant.” In contrast, opening the website on a new device, using a different browser on the same device, or changing the cell tower on a smartphone or maybe even changing Wifi-Networks(?) would all result in a new participant being counted. Hey everyone,I tried to create a survey, but struggled to add more than one question. Isn’t a survey supposed to be multiple questions or polls presented together? Have I missed something? How do I add more questions to a Slido survey? Sorry if it’s obvious 🤷

Hi, we’re running the same training session multiple times and would ideally like to collect data within each session as well as across all sessions. Is this possible when using the ‘duplicate’ option, or is there a better option? I looked at multiple rooms but I’m not sure if this can be 1 room per session which equates to multiple rooms as it’s across multiple sessions. The slido is being used in a PowerPoint presentation. Hey, I created a slido with different questions and the first poll is shown as active, but only the first questions appears for the participants. How can I activate the whole slido so the participants can answer all questions one by one? I would like to distribute the link via email. Thank you 

After I paid for a one time plan I found that the custom image for polls doesn't work.I use slido directly on the website.I’ve been trying to contact customer service for 5 days now and they did nothing.  

Howdy, I have just paid for the one time plan for 7 days as I have a one-day event to use it on the 27th of Nov. I don’t need it to start until the 24th of November (to test it out for the 27th) but I’ve paid for it today. Can I please pause the upgrade until the 24th? Thanks

Hi, how can I leave a poll open for a week? I’d like people to continue responding although I'm no longer in presentation mode.

As a participant in a Slido session, I want to have the option to enter my name for a quiz, but still be able to continue without it if I want – so that I can join either with my chosen name or automatically as “Anonymous.”

I'm using Slido to collect questions and answers (also quizzes, surveys and so on) from our audience, and I'm wondering if it's possible to see who posed which question or gave which answer specifically per person. Is this a feature that's currently available on the Slido platform? I know i can see who posed which question in the Q&A format but is this also possible in other formats and will this be sorted in the analytics?Thank you for your help!

Hello, I’m Irina from Bulgaria. I use the basic/free slido plan and I need to clarify some points:Can I create a slido in advance? Is the 7-day limit counted from the slido’s start date or from the creation date? When is the QR code valid and linked to the live event? 

Under the multiple choice poll question, can participants type in their response if I include an option for “others”?

When trying to connect Slido to PowerPoint, I get a connection error. I've already reinstalled the app and restarted PowerPoint, but the problem persists.Please tell me how to fix this.Thanks in advance!

Slido is randomly changing dates on both current and past Slidos. It makes them last for a week when they are created for a day. It changes the day after they have been set. Even when I go back in and change them and they are all correct on the dashboard, a while later some are changed again!?!Slidos that should be past are marked active and those that are active get the wrong dates.Anyone know what is happening and how to stop it from happening again?This particular group of Slidos are all being used through the PowerPoint integration which seems to be working perfectly.

I would like to pick up a live data feed of Slido moderated questions and use them as an overlay in Video switching software such as VMix. Is there a way to gab this data?
