I am attempting to configure participant SSO via Okta. I already have Member SSO in place however, the documentation is suggesting that in order for participants to log in and ask questions they must use the separate integration. 

 

There is no pre-built Okta integration for Participants so I’d like to know what I need to enter for the following: 

  • Single sign-on URL 

  • Audience URI (SP Entity ID)

Secondary to the above question, is there an option to leverage the existing IDP connection used for Members to allow participant login?

when setting up SSO for members as well as SSO for participants there is a need to upload a metadata .xml file from the IDP. I made a screenshot showing where such XML file needs to be uploaded in the Slido settings as it cannot be configured via Okta directly. 


Onco you upload that .xml metadata file from okta into Slido your participants using the proper domain should be requested to verify themselves via your IDP.
