Please can someone help by giving instructions on how you can transfer current events from one Slido account to another? My company has recently purchased a new professional account with Slido whilst we had a shared account with another department that had deferred back to a basic account and I want to avoid having to create the events again in the new account. Is this something that can be done?

would it be possible for you to reach out to support@slido.com ? They should be able to assist. But the request for events transfer needs to come from the e-mail that belongs to the Slido license.
