I have a colleague I want to add as a collaborator but when I try to add him he comes up as a ‘deactivated user’. How can I correct this?

Hi
This is usually due to the user being deactivated in the slido organization. If the user is deactivated they won’t be able to be a guest/co-host on any slido. The owner of the org they are under would need to remove them from the team tab. Then they could be invited properly.
