First time user: before event email and live polling?

Hello:  First time Slide user here.  I’m trying to send out via email the Slido poll to accumulate preliminary results...AND, then do a Live presentation for those attending the event.  When I just tried to send myself the link, I could only get one question to show.  Or, it gave me the message, “there are no live events.”

Welcome, @Davidjburke.

It sounds like you’ve found the link for participants to join your slido.  Once participants join your slido, each poll needs to be started manually, one-by-one.

Alternatively, you can share the link to a poll, allowing participants to respond without activation by you.  If you already created multiple preliminary polls, you can merge them into a survey before sharing the link

Thank you Jennifer!  I think I am going to try merging them into a survey for this event.  I hope it works to both gather data before the live event (this Thursday), and during the event itself.  Appreciate the help.

Mileseey Golf Coupons can be useful if you’re promoting golf-related events, as they help users save on products from Mileseey Golf. Combining email announcements with live polling can improve engagement and make first-time users more responsive.
