Can I copy/paste or drag/drop questions I have created in one quiz into a different quiz? I don't want to have to type out the multiple choice quiz questions over again.

For better or worse, individual quiz questions cannot be drag and dropped from one quiz to another. But you can reuse quizzes by either duplicating them in the same slido, so you can re-run the quiz with new participants...or you can reuse a quiz in a different slido by going to Templates > My Polls. There you can search for any quiz or poll you’re ever created and add it to your new slido with just one click.
I understand that this isn’t quite the same as dragging and dropping quiz questions, but I hope it may help. Feel free to visit our Wishlist where you can submit your feature requests for Slido and share your use case 👍
