This is my first time using Slido for a client's event. I would like to do two things.

We always have an open chat where you can post freely.

・Would you please tell us how to do this in Q&A?

If thats not possible, can I change the wording to something other than "Q&A"? (I want to call it "chat")?

If it cannot be changed, are there any alternatives with different functionality? Since it is not a Q&A, we believe that the word Q&A may scare people off.

◯常にオープンなチャットを用意しておき、自由に投稿していただけます

・これを行うのに使う機能は「Q&A」でお願いしますか？

その場合、「Q&A」以外の表記に変更することはできますか？（「チャット」としたい）

変更できない場合、異なる機能での代替案はないですか？

Q&AではないのでQ&Aと表記されていることで恐れさせてしまう可能性があると考えております。

The Audience Q&A feature allows participants to post freely and upvote each other's questions, making it a flexible option that can serve as a chat platform. As a host, you can easily manage questions directly from host mode. You can highlight questions, mark them as answered, and even change their order based on popularity or recency. Additionally, with our Professional and higher plans, you can moderate questions before they go live.

While Slido currently doesn't offer the option to rename "Q&A" to "Chat," you can inform your audience that the "Q&A" section will serve as an open chat space. Unfortunately, changing the name from "Q&A" to "Chat" is not possible.
