Hello,

Is there a way to remove the “Edit Response” option after a participant casts a vote?

Thank you.

@SamT Currently, there isn’t an option to remove the “Edit Response” button after a participant responds to a poll. If you don’t mind sharing your use case, I’d be glad to pass this along as a feature request.

Hello Margot,

Thank you for your quick response.

We are using Slido to vote on a series of proposals and we do trust that no one will change their vote after the results are posted but it can be tempting.  It was a concern from our group that was brought up.

Thank you!

Hi @SamT, thanks so much for sharing this additional context. This is super helpful and we’ll be sure to share this with our Product Team as we work on future improvements to Slido.

Hi,

Our organization would also use this feature enhancement. Right now, we have a moderator close the voting after the response is displayed in PowerPoint. Has any progress been made on this?

Hi @lauren.brown

We have shared the feedback with our team, but we currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. If you would like to keep up with our product news and improvements, you can subscribe here. We will be for sure communicating it there if this makes it to production.

Best,
