When using an open text poll, how can responses be edited after they are submitted. This is for the admin of the poll and for the person who submitted the response.

Currently, once responses are submitted in an open text poll, they cannot be edited by either the admin or the person who submitted them. However, as an admin, you have the option to make participants' responses visible or hide them. You can also choose to show or hide respondent names—these settings are available in the poll settings. Additionally, you can edit your questions in the admin view or in the Present view.
