I have created a survey with multiple ranking polls. I would like to display the average results from each poll in a single survey result; rather than results for each poll. Is this possible?

This is not currently possible. For better or worse, Slido leaves all poll results as-is – meaning any combination of results for further analysis needs to be done to the host. However, you’re welcome to submit your idea to our Product Wishlist. That’s a great way for others to upvote it and potentially get it into product consideration.
Otherwise, I would suggest sending the survey out before your meeting, gathering the results and then finding the average manually.
