The main objective here is in a Q&A, not only the Host needs to filter and show the Q&A.
We would like the audience to also be able to sort the labels as well so they can understand what has been asked before posting it.
Is there an option for participant to filter Labels? I can’t find it anywhere for now.

That’s correct - there is no such feature for participants to filter the questions by label.
You can submit this feature in our Wishlist so our Product Team can look into it.
