This may have been asked in a different format, but when hosting a quiz, is there a way to NOT show who got a question right or wrong publicly? I would also not want to show the leaderboard after each question as well. I’m okay with an end of game leaderboard, but I don’t want other people in the group to see who missed a question during it.

The results of quiz questions are shown in Present mode. However, it shows only correct answer and overall results in percentage. How participants did individually is shown only on their personal devices.
You can also hide the leaderboard after each question in your poll settings - simply toggle off the option “Add leaderboard”, as shown here. In this case, only the final leaderboard at the end of quiz will be displayed.
