Hi, i’m new. I have a slido with ppt presentations and I am about to buy a new plan in order to have more than 3 polls available. Since i may have to present the ppt the day after the one of the slido, is that considered one slido - meaning I can use the same polls I prepared - or do I need to consider it another different slido? Thank you

If you purchase an Annual Plan, you can use the slido as many times as you’d like.
If you upgrade the slido currently prepared to a One-Time Plan, you can use the slido for up to 7 consecutive days as many times within those 7 days.

I’m not sure you answered the question fully as regards reusing the poll / QR code for consecutive events - I have the same question - I have professional access but how do I retain the responses from one event before clearing for the next? assuming its the same QR code etc as I am using the same slides. thanks

Above, the re-using of the event depends on the type of plan being used.
You can export the results of your polls and Q&A before resetting them for the next session, following the steps from the below article.

The 7 days from the day of payment and subscribing or 7 days from creating the poll. I subscribed and my event date is on 4-5 November. Please advise.

It would be slido event dates when the slido one time plans will be activated. If you bought the plan today and set the event dates for the 4-5 November, then that would activate the 7 days. You can also test and prepare your the event leading up to those dates. I hope that helps.

Sorry about that - the one time plan is only for one event, so if you purchased the one time licence already, then yes! The one time plan will be there for you to either create an one time plan or to upgrade an existing event. 😊
For a one time event plan….I have multiple power point files I will use for the one event. Will my one event license work in each instance of power point for all of the 7 days the plan is active?

You can definitely connect the same upgraded slido to multiple PowerPoint presentations. The dates set for the slido will determine when participants can join and interact.
Feel free to go through your presentation to test and afterward, you can clear out your test responses by finding the Reset slido option in the sidebar.
