Question

Setting up multiple teams with multiple members in each team.

I am new to Slido, and I am hoping to get some assistance or guidance in setting up a quiz ( on PPT ) for an upcoming sales meeting. I will set up several questions, but I'm going to want to be able to allow 10-12 individuals per team to participate, with a total of 12 teams.   I'm not looking to track the individuals on the leaderboard, only the teams. But I will want to extract the data afterwards of individual participation and answers to the team leaders. From what I read, this is possible, but I just have no idea how to set it up, and I can't find a guide.

Thanks in advance. Love this product.

Hi @DougWebber

We currently do not support any way to create and join teams directly in Slido. With our quiz you could only:

  • have people join the quiz and answer on their own. Slido would evaluate the individuals and provide leaderboard for the individuals, but you could work with the data export afterwards, assigning people to teams and evaluating the teams
  • group people in the teams and have only 1 representative from the team submit an answer. Slido would then provide evaluation and leaderboard for the teams, but you would not get the individual votes and data

While we cannot offer a more straightforward solution at the moment, I would encourage you to submit this as an idea to our Product Wishlist. This is reviewed on a regular basis and used to plan product roadmap.

Best,
