Slido date gets changed

On many occasions, I need to refer to a previous Slido to create a new one. However, whenever I open an old Slido or a PowerPoint file that includes one, the Slido's date automatically updates to the current date, making it active again.

All I want to do is refer to the old Slidos—not reactivate them. How can I prevent the date from being updated?

Hi @Yuni

Thank you for your question!

It seems like you’re opening past Slido sessions via the PowerPoint integration. If that’s the case, you’re correct—when you search for and open a past Slido session in PowerPoint, it will automatically reactivate the session and update its date to the current one.

If you simply want to refer to your old Slido sessions without reactivating them, you can do so directly in your Slido account. From there, you can access the specific past session, view the collected data, and review any details you need without making the session active again.

I hope this helps😊
Best,
