Slido live data as XML

I’m not sure about the platform VMix, but I would check with them to see if you can add an iFrame code that can sit above your live feed. This guide goes into more detail on how you can embed slido.

I would also check this helpful guide to see if there is another workaround on how you can add slido to your video.

I’ll try pulling the iframe, but it would be much better if I could pull the data rather than a predefined graphic.

If slido could output questions as xml or rss or have them go into a google sheet live then this would solve the problem for me.

Thanks for sharing that with me. 

I’m afraid to see the questions within our moderation feature this comes directly from slido host mode. If you want to see your participants questions coming in, using an iFrame code is a workaround as we don’t have a direct integration with vMix. This way you can present the questions coming in live from your audience or participants during your live stream.

For the output questions, you can only export the event analytics with any incoming questions from the audience (which I can understand is not ideal) and then use an third party API to link to the google live sheet. This will still be manual and you’ll need to download the questions regularly with new incoming questions.

I understand this feature would be valuable for you. Please share this on our Wishlist where our product team can see the demand and you can track updates on its status. We appreciate you using slido!
