Slido randomly changes dates

Slido is randomly changing dates on both current and past Slidos. It makes them last for a week when they are created for a day. It changes the day after they have been set. Even when I go back in and change them and they are all correct on the dashboard, a while later some are changed again!?!

Slidos that should be past are marked active and those that are active get the wrong dates.

Anyone know what is happening and how to stop it from happening again?

This particular group of Slidos are all being used through the PowerPoint integration which seems to be working perfectly.

That does sound odd, if you have already made the change within the slido dashboard then it shouldn’t change the dates elsewhere.

Just to confirm, are you making changes directly within your slido host mode dashboard follow these steps?

If yes, then could you kindly come to support@slido.com and share more information on how you’re using slido with the events, we would love to investigate this more with you.
