Subscription not being applied

I’ve bought one time subscription, however the subscription is still basic, I have Performa invoice as evidence and still I am on basic, how to solve this problem?

With our slido one time plans, you won’t see the account upgraded. You’ll only see the one time plan applied to your slido session instead. Hope this helps.
