Add more questions when a participant join a slido event

For a lot of slido, we want to have more infos about our participants.

Ok, we could ask them during a survey, but sometimes they forget to answer it, so it would be great to have some extra details when participants join a slido :

• e-mail
• Full name
• Company name
• Phone number….

Ideally, we would love to add personalized fields depending of what we really need from time to time.
