As an enterprise bank which requires legal/regulatory controls for firm owned/producted data (called e-communciations). We need Slido to create controls/restricts/disablement of any firm-created/outputted ecommunications data. An example of this is there should be a way to disable/control the current slido feature which allows users to publish QA and Polling results or any other artifacts to a public website.
Ideal solution for Slido/Cisco to provide is on the Slido website to create
- Admin role which can be used for role-based access control
- Group function that can be assigned to a role,
- Once we assign our team members to the admin group which has the admin role, or admin group would be able to
- disable / manage any settings under the “Organizational Settings and Billing” that can control / disable the ability to email / download / publish slido artifacts as required.
- Additionally add API audit logging capability that can provide administrators an audit log of user actions for downloading/publishing Slido data
Right now under Organizational Settings , there is only 1 very limited feature set to for restrictions: export to Google Sheets. We need more granular controls restrictions to be able to manage/control access to all ways a user could share Slido artifacts.
