I see discussion Q&As on this topic, but not an actual feature request, so here is one.

It would be really useful to be able to do basic formatting in the text of Slido Quiz questions.  Nothing fancy needed - just bold, italic, etc.  The easy way to do this would be to support MarkDown or a subset of it.

It would make quizzes so much more effective if I could just italicize or boldface a key word in the question to draw the audience’s attention to an important clue.

Thanks so much for this — really appreciate how clearly you explained the value. We completely agree that even simple formatting like bold or italics could make quiz questions clearer and much easier to follow.

At the moment, we’re focusing on other priorities, so this isn’t something we’re planning in the near future. But lightweight formatting (possibly something like limited Markdown) is definitely something we’d like to explore later on.

If you have specific examples where formatting makes a big difference, we’d love to hear them — it helps us understand the impact better.

Thanks again for sharing!
