It would be great if we could move questions into the ‘Live’ coloumn without them showing on the present page or on participants devices. We host Q&A sections on nearly all of our live events and this is a recurring issue when onstage hosts don’t want to reveal the questions they have selected in advance. We do over 800 live events a year ranging from 400 people to 16,000.

Two things that might be able to help you here - firstly moderation, which allows you to screen incoming questions - so you could just allow through the questions that the speakers select.
We also have labels that you can use to help organise your questions - and you can push a label to present mode, so that only questions with that label will display there (though the other questions will still show on the participants devices).
But with multiple speakers perhaps you need both a moderation and label type feature, so lets see if others vote on your idea 😊

thanks for your response. We use moderation on every event, labels don’t work for us because we often don’t have the time to go through all the questions, we usually have around a minimum of 300 questions per event. We got 1000 in 5 mins at our Arnold Schwarzenegger event so labels don’t cut it I’m afraid.
Hopefully this is a feature that others are keen to be developed.
