If that doesn’t quite fit your needs, do you mind elaborating a bit more? What would be the best solution for you and what sort of problem are you trying to solve with this idea?

Hi Joel, thanks for your suggestion.

We would like to use Audience Q&A to collect questions asynchronously from our board of directors in advance of board meetings. Our directors receive a president’s report several weeks before, and like to share questions they want addressed. They have specifically requested the ability to upvote / comment on each others’ questions so our staff can better prepare to answer them during the board meetings. 

Because the directors are using Audience Q&A to pose questions about a specific report, we feel it would be beneficial to be able to offer instructions that remind directors of the report’s content in brief. “As you recall, we addressed X, Y, and Z in the report. Please pose your questions about these topic areas by DD/MM/YYYY.”
