Hi there! I have the chrome extension, I am logged in, but I do not have an option for Present with Slido. My green bar on the right only says Present. The drop down from Present says Present from beginning or Present from current slide. No matter which option I choose the QR code and link never appear. When I run the presentation the slido google slide has my poll question and at the bottom it says click present with slido or install our chrome extension to activate this poll while presenting.

Is it possible that you’ve installed the Chrome extension on a different Google account? I’d recommend double-checking that you’re signed in to the same Chrome account in both Google Slides and Chrome, and that that specific Google account has the extension installed. If all that checks out, please send some screenshots of what you’re seeing to support@slido.com. Our team will be glad to troubleshoot with you 👍
