We need 8 polls for a class. I just purchased the Engage program, but I am not able to add more polls. HELP please.

Could you please confirm the slido code # of the slido that is not allowing you to create more polls? I have checked your account and all you current slidos are set up in a way you should be allowed it, so I would like to take a closer look.
