New to Slido, but just subscribed and on the first paid tier.
I’ve installed the PowerPoint Add-In, but have immediately discovered a major issue that is likely to render it useless for 90% of my needs.
The add-in does not recognise being online when I’m tethering the internet through my mobile/cellphone.
The only way to get it to work is by connecting to a different wifi.
Interested to know if anyone else has had this issue, and if they’ve managed to find a workaround.
PS - I should add, it’s not a bandwidth problem - signal’s full 5G when testing, and I’ve been downloading and uploading files, and streaming TV. No problems with anything else.
