I would like to organise a quiz using Slido in PowerPoint. The participants are of different nationalities, so I would like to add the option to select a language at the start of the quiz, so that the questions are displayed in the selected language. The answers would still be counted together for the ranking, regardless of the selected language. Is this possible?

It is possible to change the language of your slido but please note this will be for the slido interface so it will affect the Slido interface in Present mode and on participants' devices. Your Host view will remain in English unless you change it within your profile settings. https://community.slido.com/setting-up-a-slido-82/change-the-language-for-your-slido-434?tid=434&fid=82. It is not for the poll questions created.
We currently do not have an automatic translation for the quiz questions you create, our apologies. Participants could use the translation option from their browser if they would like to translate it to their language.
