I’ve done testing for my event, and reset all interactions.  The only thing that seems to not reset is in the analytics dashboard, the number of slido participants.  It still says the following, all other stats are at 0:Engaged participants0 out of 7 Slido participants engaged with polls or Q&A. How to reset the number of participants?

I would like to take pledges (promises to donate in future) during a live event. Is there a Slido question that could take numerical answers and display the growing total during the event? I would also need access to the names of people making each pledge to be able to contact them later.

Is there a limit to how many questions people can ask in my Q&A?

HiI want to put a quiz into the slideshow in our global town hall presentation - it will be presented live but recorded so that people in different timezones can watch at different times. Will the slido stay active so that 1) People can join at different times and still participate?2) The quiz will still collate responses so we can see an overall winner?

Hi Slido community! We are a training team that loves Slido. As an instructional designer, I make the Slidos, and our team of facilitators use them in Webex during live online trainings. They deliver the same classes over and over, and they’ve told me they often forget to reset the Slido session prior to a class, so then they are fumbling to reset at the start of class after they’ve launched the first Slido poll and the current class saw the responses from the previous class. Could there be a setting within Slido to auto-reset every so often, or even a dialog box that asks the first time you launch a used Slido whether you want to reset or not? Would love it if anyone else has found a good solution for this.  Thanks,Susie

Hi all, I’m organizing an event of 2 days with 80 participants each and multiple sessions. Hence, the intention is to buy either the engage or the professional account. However, I am worried about the limitation of participants: what do you mean with it? Given the several sessions we’ll host, these 80+80 participants would access to the Sli.do event multiple times (probably with same device). Log in is not required for accessing to sli.do event’s, so I’m wondering how you count participants.  Thanks for understanding, Best.

Dear Slido Developers,I have created some quizzes with Slido and would like to share them with my students. Can I do that in a way so students can complete the quizzes on their own time and at their own pace?Many thanks in advance!

Is it possible to add and remove points from participants DURING the quiz? For more info, we’re looking to have a session where in addition to the quiz participants can gain or lose points through various other activities happening in the room. We’d like to keep score on just the one scoreboard/leaderboard though in slido and just integrate their points earning/losing in slido.

We had a conference in which the final quiz competition was conducted using Slido Quiz. During the quiz, we did not allow the participants to know if their answers were correct/ incorrect by double clicking and moving on to the next question in each round.After the quiz, we got the leaderboard too and announced the top 5 winners. Then, the faculty began to discuss answers to the questions with the participants. Mid-way in between, one of the staff, closed the presentation from the presenter’s laptop but then as the participants wanted to be able to see their questions and answers on Slido, the quiz was left active again by pressing ‘yes’ in the pop-up box that asked whether we wanted to leave the quiz open (active) or not. After this reactivation and completion of the answer discussion, one of the participants came and showed that 2 questions in which she had marked the correct answers were marked as wrong by Slido in her ‘View my answers’ section. I have set up different pools to obtain the perception from the public on each module of the training. These pools are part of one set and other trainers put together other sets of pools for their public too. The problem I see is that to make the related QR code work and direct the public attention to the right pool, I have to enter on slido and stop the previous pool and open the next one, every time. No one else can do it, but me. It is not worth it to have this inconvenience all the time. I would like to minister the same training to different groups of people, having the same training modules being presented on every training day and I would like to know their opinion on how the training was, without the need to go there every time and keep closing, opening, closing, opening… I would like them to be permanently opened to the internal public of my company during a long time, like a year. Is it possible to set up the pools on that way?

Professional One time Plan not giving me option to Export polls and quizzes. This was marked in feature list as Available as part of the Professional One Time Plan. When I click the export in Analytics, it greys out the exports - and tells me its not available in my plan 

Can I create a slido poll with 10 questions with 4 possible answers for each question?I could use the quiz format, but I don’t want to identify a correct answer.

Hi there,I'm running an event and polling my audience to see which marketing slogans they like the best.I aim to poll the audience with the slido ranking poll and the most popular slogan will then advance to the next stage. There are 36 different slogans and I aim to have 6 slogans per slide. The winner of each slide to progress to the final round where I will do another poll asking which slogan is the best. Is this possible on slido ? Thank you

HelloI created a slide presentation in August this year. I logged in again today and changed the slide dates from October 2024 to October 2025. I tried some minor changes in the presentation, but it's not getting saved. Do you have any ideas? Thanks. 

How can I make poll results visible to everyone even if they haven’t answered? So that when they click the link/enter the code they see the results straight away, without necessarily having to answer themselves.

Hi all, I want to use Slido as part of our marketing tool for following up with potential leads. We primarily use Webex to host our webinar. I can see that Slido has an option where the audience must put their name when joining slido which is great, but this cannot be re-enforced in webex webinar if the audience is using webex guest version. Is there a work around on this? We would like to capture our audience names.

The $ and . symbols aren’t appearing in my word cloud responses - is there a fix for that?

HI there, I’m trying to use slide integrated within PPT. It generally functions well, but when in presentation mode and I appear on the slido ppt slide with the question - there’s a 1 second delay before the format of the slide changes to the live slido.  Is there a way to eliminate this “lag”?
