Hey Slido Community,I am putting together a training presentation and was hoping to include the word cloud question.I love that they display the answers and as the more popular repeated answers/key words get mentioned they grow in size. However, is there a function that allows us to approve/vet the answers before they appear on the word cloud? Our higher ups voiced concerns about the possibility of people entering whatever they want (disparaging, abusive and or harassing comments)  Thank you.A

Can I check the the following re adding team members please?I can add a team member with ANY email address i.e. not from same organisation? Is there a limit on the number of people I can add? Is there a limit on the number of activation ‘switches’ I can do? Does each team member triggered ‘event’ generate separate data? I saw that ‘they can’t see other’s data’ so assuming this is the case Is there an API that allows me to programatically add/activate/monitor number events team members have run?

We have created a poll on slido for WebEx and two anonymous users responded with the following problem:using this slido poll https://app.sli.do/event/7QDPe2Z765MxyyQ8wdYYPJ after submitting the poll, an error occurred and submit failed. the user could not proceed and saw in one form field (e.g. 17/41) the answers from other anonymous users in image below, only the red frame was the response from the user. the rest was not his/her content!! two users reported that problem on the same day (27.10.2023 between 0800-1200 CET)That does not sound right and is a vulnerability/privacy concern. Please help us understand what caused such a malfunction and is this a known limitation of slido?ThanksChristian 

It seems that participants when answering a multiple choice poll that I created containing multiple questions, are seeing all of the questions from the poll at the same time. Would you know if there is a setting in Slido that I could use, so that when running a multiple choice poll containing multiple questions, participants could only see one question at a time, before moving on to the next question? Thanks for your reply. 

In a quiz (not poll) I have some questions that I need to hide the answer from participants. How is this done please?

Hello,Sometimes when a respondent types multiple words in their response for a word cloud, each word comes in it’s own box.  For example: “The sky is blue” comes through as “the” in one box, “sky” in another box, “is” in another box, and “blue” in another box.  So then instead of one box that says “the sky is blue” we have 4 boxes that doesn’t make sense.  This only happens some of the time, which is confusing to me. Most of the time responses come with multiple words (as in a sentence) in one box.   Can anyone shed some guidance on this?Thank you!

I added the slido live poll feature to my site with iframe embed. I send the user name to the slido screen using the user_name parameter. But whatever name I sent first remains. So slido saves this name in the cache. How do I solve this?

Just like to adapt the Slido slides to our corporate PowerPoint layout. Is that somehow possible?

Can I move a question in Archive back to Moderation? 

Is there a way to turn off the “voting” on questions … where participants give a question a thumbs up or down and that changes then the order of questions showing. We would like a session where moderator has full control over what questions get answered, without regards to number of thumbs up or down. Thanks! 

How to know if questions are asked by different people or if the same person asked multiple questions? (How many unique users asked one or more questions in slido) 

After an attendee has responded to our poll questions, how then can they go back to see what their responses were? 

Hi! I have a stakeholder who wants to use a Slido poll in a team meeting and thinks that sharing the link alone should enable him to run the live poll (without being invited to collaborate on the poll and going through the process of signing up for Slido). To run a live poll, the person must be invited as a collaborator and have set up their account, correct? 

I would like to gather multiple customer inputs from many sales people. How can I allow the sales person to take the same poll to add new information each time? Customer X, Y, Z, product a, b, c, feedback 1,2,3 

Hi everyone, we use slido for training purposes. Sometimes the second trainer/facilitator is an operational manager who doesn’t have a slido licence. In the past it was easy to make that person a “co-host” in order to allow to start and edit polls. Will that be still possible? I understand there are some changes? Markus (from Germany) 

Hi Slido team,Is there a way to see how many participants have joined the live poll (e.g. scanned the QR code or used the link) before we jump to the first question? ATM I can only see numbers after people actually vote, and I don’t want to start the ‘voting’/start projecting the first question if we don’t have a critical mass that has joined. Thanks!Lisa

Hi,For Basic plan users, are there any restriction on the number of quizzes that can be hosted in Slido in a month?And can 100 individuals participate in one quiz?
