Hi there, Slido is great but we’re missing one feature - live chat. We would like to use it alongside polling and Q&A. 

How can I use multiple slidos in one presentation? I have used one poll in one presentation, but I would like to use multiple polls within one presentation. When I set up a second poll, the system asks me whether I would like to switch to another poll. When I accept, then my first poll is discarded. Can someone help me with my challenge, please?  Thank you.  

I run startup accelerator and would like to create a live poll where all participants can vote with amounts of points. Like 1st place gets 10 pts, 2nd - 9 pts, 3td 8... etc. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance

I’ve been using Slido to teach undergraduate courses for the past two years. Within the past two months, I have encountered errors almost every class where, while using Slido in my PowerPoint slides, a message pops up telling me that I need to sign in to Slido. I’m not sure how to stop this from happening. When this happens, I end up having to close the presentation, log in to Slido in a browser and reopen the presentation for it to work again. Undergraduate students do not always have the best attention span, so this can be very disruptive. Leaving that browser open and running in the background did not solve the problem, so I’m not sure what else to do. Suggestions anyone? 

Hello Slido Team, during the quiz I want to ask multiple choice questions based on an audio track. Can I insert audio (mp3) in the question?

Hello,is there an option to have whole sentences displayed while using Word cloud? It partially works until someone uses same word as someone else, after that it starts dividing sentences in word and became quite useless for our case. Thanks in advance for advice

Hello,I created a Slido survey, and the members asked me to share the answers so they could adapt theirs.I tried to do this using the 'Share Analytics' button, which produces a link. However, when the link is opened, the message 'Sorry, this page does not exist' appears.Thank you for your help.Stephane Manou

Dear all,The word ‘Top’ doesn’t appear in the words cloud I have created in slido, without any restriction in the settings...it is not a question of word length because other short words of 3 letters appears...Very strange...if someone knows what could be the issue? Thank you!

I need to export poll results of my survey per participant. I have a paid plan but cannot find this option  results from the analytics tab in my admin. can you please help me find this option?my survey has mutliple choice

For our purpose in workplace learning and using Slido capability in classroom learning to engage with the learners and gain insight to learning gaps throughout the learning session - implementing a quiz is valuable - without a leaderboard. Please consider changing functionality to include option to remove the leaderboard at the end of the quiz!The quiz allows greater data insights and has the timer functionality, which the multiple choice option does not have.  Don’t want to have to do extra work as a facilitator to double click to move on quickly from the leaderboard, or to have to interact with a screen to disable the quiz - just need a toggle on the quiz settings to remove the leaderboard, please.There have been many previous thread requesting this, can you please advise if this is something you are looking at updating?

How do I get the participant to enter his name, email and phone number as well. I don’t see the phone number as an option.

I’ve bought one time subscription, however the subscription is still basic, I have Performa invoice as evidence and still I am on basic, how to solve this problem?

Is it possible to have the question rearrange to  be grouped by label but still be able to see all questions in present mode.I would like to group the questions and then summarise them for a moderator but can only filter them which then stops me seeing other questions. There are a few of us labeling at a time so we need to have the see all view.At the moment regardless of the label the list appears in order of getting them so that say a label that said growth is applied to several questions but does not appear one after the other.

I'm using Slido for a NFP so on a free plan, if I want to add 'Ratings' do I need to upgrade to a paying plan?

I am running a 5 hour session, we are hosting several Slidos during the session.  I just ran two of my 7 Slidos, I completed the Slidos and deactivated them. I then wanted to turn on a timer, but it said my Slido was still active and I couldn’t activate the Time has I had reached my App limit. I can I deactivate Slido so I can run a timer and then go back to Slido to run the next question?Screen shot below. I need the session to NOT be active to I can run a shared timer.  

We’ve recently run into an issue with the Slido application following the renewal of the registered application certificate. Users are currently unable to log in via SSO and are receiving the error shown below.The SSL certificate has been successfully renewed and is active in the SAML SSO configuration, but the issue persists. Would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this.
