Hi,  I created a poll for a teams meeting, but when I launch the poll, the attendees can vote but the host of the meeting and I can’t? How do I enable that the host and and I can vote? Thanks,

How can I allow participants to submit questions during a Powerpoint presentation without the Q&A slide open?

Hi there, for our event, we would like our participants to be able to answer the quiz at any point in time. It won’t be a group of people participating in the quiz at once. Is there any way to disable the live quiz feature and have the quiz be live throughout the event. We want participants to be able to answer all questions in one go instead of having to wait for a moderator to change the question.

What solution could be provided if multiple people are duplicating and using the slido question at the same time?  Would the person duplicating the question then need to update the Event Code # to a unique #, as i see from a different Q&A it stated this?  - ‘They can duplicate and use the event for themselves (just be sure the same exact Slido is not being used at the same time by multiple people as the polls being activated would interfere with each other).’   What would be the best practice for this situation when multiple people are using a duplicated slido question at the same time? 

Hi team,I purchased an Engage annual plan a few months back, but I think I’d like to upgrade to the next level. Is there an easy way to do this from my account? I’ve already purchase a year of the Engage level and don’t want to create a new account. What can I do?

I’ve done up a beautiful Googles Slides presentation, however it all falls apart once I go into Present Mode.  Whenever one of my pages features a quiz question in Slido, my beautifully designed Google Slide isn't shown and instead get an ugly generic screen instead. Is there a way to stop this from happening? See my before (with the beautiful parchment background and gold frame) and then the after. 

I am a co-organiser in a Teams event and recorded a session today where the Slido screen didn’t appear in the recording. I also presented a PPT slide deck which showed in the recording fine, however, when switching to Slido via Teams the screen only showed the organisers and attendees in the recording, no Slido. Is it possibly because I am not the host only co-organiser?

Hello. I want to convert an activity that my learners currently do on flipcharts (in-person) to Slido, but I don’t think it is possible Does anyone have any ideas?I have a flipchart (or physical whiteboard) with  options (m/c) for them to mark how often they do something…. but it has 2 parts so that they see the results of the 2 (similar) questions side by side. We talk about the disconnect based on this. Another use I have is where I (virtual) display a graph (curve) and the participants annotate where they fall along the curve. Can you do this in some way in Slido (so this can be done in person)?Thanks!Daina

Hi there, I just bought the one-time engage event plan but have not yet created an event. Now, if I want to create the slides, Slido asks me to upgrade and to pay again… Where can I start setting up the event that I paid for???My event is tomorrow, so a bit frustrated. Thanks for any help!

I have brought an event plan for £60 but will need to run the polls twice. Will I be able to do that or should I have brought the annual plan?

I am running a 1 hour session with 6 speakers. Each will show  their own 10 minute powerpoint presentation. The presentations will not run as a single slide deck. How can I use the same poll (with different questions from each speaker) for all presenters? This way participants in the audience will not not have to keep scanning different codes.

I want to add some verbiage on the slide that has the QR code for folks to ask questions, but everything I’ve tried does not work.  Is this even possible?

Hello, I’m new to Slido and considering intergrating it into PowerPoint to make a 90 minute speaking spot I’m delivering at an upcoming conference more interactive. First question -  can I run Slido solo and continue chatting to my audience of around 130 people?  Second question - is it correct I need two laptops to do so, one to connect my laptop with the presentation the audience will see and a second to run Slido. Third question - do you need two laptops if delivering a similar presentation online via Zoom. Many thanks 

I would like to look the results up by the dates they were submitted, is this possible?  I want to look at results on a specific date, but I can only see the end result.  Is it possible to learn what the data was during the polling?

Hello,Im running a conference that is happening over 6 days with panel discussions happening back to back.Will a single event license be able to cover these requirements?There will be 18 different panels, none of which are happening concurrently.Do advise?Thanks.

Hello! Once 2 rooms are created within a single event, is it possible to condense them into 1? We decided 1 room would be more ideal, and I don’t want to have to delete 1 room and completely retype all questions.  Thanks! 

Hello, Slido is working great except for one issue. I get to a Slido Slide and wait for it to be populated and that works great, but when I try to advance past the slide it doesn’t do anything. Then when I click a second time, it moves, but goes two slides forward. This is happening on both of my windows laptops. I’m running Windows 10, PowerPoint 2019. Any help would be appreciated..

If polling questions are integrated into a PPT presentation, how does it work for multiple users/presenters? Do they need to log in to Slido? Do they also need to have the PPT integration app on the laptop they are presenting from? If there are meetings going on at the same time could the presenters be logged in to separate sessions utilizing the same polling questions?

Options to download are grayed out on the Slido Results. What am I doing wrong?  

Has asynchronous quizzing been added as a feature yet? From my search, it looks as though this is a highly requested feature that users have been requesting for 3+ years now.Even allowing users to view correct survey results asynchronously would be helpful if it is easier to do that than add this feature to the current quiz setup.

Hi,I cannot add additional interactions to my PowerPoint presentation. It's telling me to upgrade. Is there a limitation to the number of interactions you can use while you are on basic?
