I am new to Slido, and I am hoping to get some assistance or guidance in setting up a quiz ( on PPT ) for an upcoming sales meeting. I will set up several questions, but I'm going to want to be able to allow 10-12 individuals per team to participate, with a total of 12 teams.   I'm not looking to track the individuals on the leaderboard, only the teams. But I will want to extract the data afterwards of individual participation and answers to the team leaders. From what I read, this is possible, but I just have no idea how to set it up, and I can't find a guide.  Thanks in advance. I’ve seen responses from moderators that word clouds have a 50 word limit to be shown on a screen, but the answers are from a couple of years ago. I wanted to know if this limit still applies.  Our intention is to ask around 1,000 participants to provide 1 single word, should we switch from a word cloud to an open text poll to be able to see the answers from all the participants?  thanks

Hello, I’m wondering if you can help with a project I'm working on that would involve an integration with Zapier. I am not seeing Slido listed as a trigger app, but I am aware that this does exist and works for many companies/folks. Is there another name I should be searching for in Zapier? The email address I use to log into Slido is no longer accessible to me. How can i change the email address I use to login to Slido?

I ran a slido ranking poll with 18 participants. When I exported the report, it says that there were 31 participants and only 16 people participated. Why has the report decided that there were 31 participants participating? and how can I have the 31 changed to 18 to reflect the true figure of participants.  Following polls in the same session I ran had the correct information when I exported the results  Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Team,We would like to kindly request information on how to add two additional answer options to the Slido poll we have already created.Currently, the poll includes three options, but we need a total of five. Since we have already generated a QR code for this slido, we would prefer not to create a completely new ranking poll. Hi I want to run a quiz more than once but use the same QR code from Powerpoint. Does the QR code stay the same if I reset a quiz and run it again? Thanks

How can we notify when we respond (answer) to the questions posted to the live Q&A by participants?

I am a Professor using Slido in my classes. I’m using multiple choice questions that might come in the Annual examinations, I don't want these questions to remain on the students devices (slido App) history. How I can make sure they don’t see the questions again or note down them. Please help and guide

The “Send” button at the end of my poll is not active and therefore people can’t submit the poll. What could be the reason? 

I would like to print my questions for students. How do I do that? or do you have that option? 

Can you please help me understand how I can also reuse a powerpoint presentation with a different slido? It says it’s beneficial for trainers or event hosts who want to reuse a single presentation with multiple audiences but use different polls each time. But I don’t understand how it works? I want to ask the same questions when I reuse the presentation, so the I’d want the different slido to be a duplicate of the first one?

Can i put out a quiz that people can take “on demand”?  I’d like people to take the quiz before or after our meeting, and not during it.  Can i create a quiz and “launch” it and let people take it when they want?  

I am doing a seminar at a school with about 50 + parents and was wondering will the qr code be big or clear enough for the parents to scan it and answer the questions, poll or whatever I am asking. I don’t know how else to give them the slido link during the live seminar. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know.

Why isn't "Share" with "Download Image" working anymore? It always worked perfectly before the "new" Slido, and I need it quite often. It's very annoying now because it's so tedious to copy the results.What can I do to get it working again?

I would like participants to automatically access a document after completing a survey. How can I do that?

We have a full one day event using a professional plan, with 5 sessions which we want to be able to use the Q&A in.All people are in one room. Would it be best to setup the Q&A by using labels for each question, or as separate 5 meeting rooms and deactivate/activate the Q&A? Are we able to setup this up to trial to make sure it is working how we want to it?

We have been informed that individual events would exceed 1,000 participants (we have the PRO subscription). However, we know from our registrations for these events and from simultaneous video stream embedding analytics that the numbers are much lower. Like 4 to 5x times lower. We would now like to understand where these massive discrepancies come from.First, we would like to confirm how you count “participants.” Our understanding is that it refers to views of the embeded slido in different browsers or on different devices? This means that opening another tab in the same browser, reloading the website, or closing and re-opening it in the _same_ browser does not result in it being counted as a “new participant.” In contrast, opening the website on a new device, using a different browser on the same device, or changing the cell tower on a smartphone or maybe even changing Wifi-Networks(?) would all result in a new participant being counted. Hey everyone,I tried to create a survey, but struggled to add more than one question. Isn’t a survey supposed to be multiple questions or polls presented together? Have I missed something? How do I add more questions to a Slido survey? Sorry if it’s obvious 🤷

Hey, I created a slido with different questions and the first poll is shown as active, but only the first questions appears for the participants. How can I activate the whole slido so the participants can answer all questions one by one? I would like to distribute the link via email. Thank you
