How can we mark questions as "starred" in the "Audience Q&A"?  Before Slido's redesign, we could mark questions this way and then filter by these questions in the presenters mode. I can't find the star anymore.

We got the professional edition.

Hi @DVGW Kongress GmbH

This feature was replaced with our more powerful Q&A Labels function.

You can filter by Label within your Host mode or in your Present mode so that your audience sees the filtered list only.

Hope this helps!

Dear Dom,

thank you for your quick response.

so far, we have used the "presenters mode" for moderating the event. We provided the link to the presenters mode to the moderator and discussed that he should set the filter to "Starred" there, so he only sees the questions we have marked with a star. After answering, the marking was removed, and the question disappeared from the presenters mode. This way, he only saw the current questions that still needed to be answered. At the same time, the questions remained in the Audience Q&A.

Currently, every answered question (when labeled as “answered” in presenters mode)  “disappears also  from the Audience Q&A. We do not want this.

How can we mark multiple questions and by us selected questions so that they are displayed in the Presenters Mode? Currently, only all or the one "highlight" question is displayed. And we are a bit confused, since you can currently still filter by "starred" in the Presenters mode. Is this a bug?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @DVGW Kongress GmbH.

Questions marked as answered can be found under Archive.

Unless any participants’ questions are In review, they should all display under the highlighted question.  If they are not, you could check if the slido has opted to display the highlighted question in fullscreen.

You are right that it is confusing for the “Starred” display option to still be visible in Present mode.  We are aware of the change that is needed and apologize for that.
