It would be nice if there was an option to keep questions that were answered with a written reply visible to participants (vs moving to answered/archive section). Perhaps the questions/replies could be but "greyed" out but this would prevent others at the meeting from asking the same question. It would also make it t easier for the moderator (answering live questions) to know which questions to skip since they were already resolved by reply.

Thanks for the great idea! Just wanted to share a quick workaround for your point about making it easier for moderators…
You can use Labels to help organise your Q&A - they are by hidden from your participants and so you can for example create a label saying “Answered” which would indicate to your moderators that the question has a written reply.
