I want to be able to open a staff meeting with a survey where all the employees are able to answer all the questions of the survey at once. Then I’d want to have separate slides with the responses at the appropriate time throughout the presentation. Right now, I would need to have each question/poll separate and the questions would only become available to answer when we get to that slide or when someone is manually starting the poll.

For better or worse, I’m afraid there is not a great workaround for your use case. While having the survey in your PowerPoint presentation will display your results one poll at a time, there isn’t a way currently to spread out those result slides throughout your presentation.
I’d suggest you check out the Slido Wishlist where you can submit this idea and vote on others. That’s the best place to share your suggestions and use cases.
