How can I change the font of the question?

Good evening I created a quiz in SLIDO. When trying to join by scanning the QR code or submitting the code, we get this error (for multiple people en multiple devices - phone & laptop). “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')”  How can we solve this? For an event, we need to organize two Slidos to be launched in two separate rooms. I won’t be available that day, so we’ll only have one Slido account accessible. Is it possible to run two Slidos simultaneously on a single account? If so, how should we proceed?

Hi,I would like to use a Slido poll and Q&A session again - reopening the polls that have already been answered.Can I do this?It seems that I can change the start and end date to my new dates, but I don’t want anything to go wrong in my live session with 50 participants so I just want to confirm this is ok?ie. I set the date for my first Slido from 1 Sept - 3 Sept. I now want to run the same session for those who were unable to attend the first. I have updated the dates in the Slido to 8 Sept - 10 Sept. It has worked, but will something go wrong during the live session on the 10th!!!???I am on an Engage price plan. Happy to pay for the extra session, but would like to reopen the last one I used as I explained above.

I have webex integration to slido but need to add ringcentral too. My slido account is only showing webex. How do I add slido?

I wanted to check whether it's possible to add external users or guest email addresses to help manage and collaborate on Slido sessions.At the moment, I'm able to add my colleagues as co-hosts without any issues. However, when I try to add external email addresses, they appear as "guests," and upon receiving the invite, they're prompted to sign in via Webex—without being granted access to manage the session.Is there a specific license or setting required to allow external guests to co-host or manage Slidos? Any clarification on what’s supported under our current setup would be greatly appreciated.

I was just wondering if there is a way to format text inside the slido questions.  For example, if I’d like something to appear as bolded and underlined, is there a way to do this?Thanks in advance!

I cannot click on log in or sign up on the add in in PPT. The buttons do not do anything if i press it. 

When I open a PowerPoint file used in a past lecture, the Slido event linked to that file automatically gets activated. For instance, if I use lecture materials from a year ago as reference materials for this year's lecture, the event frequently gets activated. Please advise me on how to avoid this issue.

I’m organizing a TEDx event where there is 9 speakers. I’m using Slido to collect questions from the audience to relay to the speakers at the end of the event in a panel discussion. I would like to change the question to "Type your question and speaker to ask" 

I’m using multiple choice polls. Can I show the results of the 2 polls at the same time on the same page?

Is it possible to poll in a classroom on a PowerPoint presentation in Zoom for point credit? I have integrated with PowerPoint, but not with Zoom. IT hasn’t given permission yet. I have made 5 slides, but I don’t know how to activate the slides with a QR code nor keep track of the correct/incorrect answers by participant. Will this require Zoom integration? 

Ok so beacuse you cant use video or audio in the Quiz feature - i want to use powerpoint for the visuals of my quiz and have everyone anwer live via slidoso:slide 1 =  QR code to slido and instructions slide 2 = Question 1slide 3 = Question 2 etc etc Slide 5 = Shows current leaderboard from Slido while the participants are looking at my presentation they use their phone or second screen answer the questions in Slido, they are the exact same as my presentation just without the audio visial element. BUT how do insert just the leaderboard? 

I created two slidos for one event and paid for one time only professionalWe have up to 700 users for one slido. according to Slido I can only activate 1 slido for one time only professional option. Then If I want to active both of my slidos, do I need to pay twice? The slido need to be activated in same day. 

I am creating a word cloud, which simply uses numbers 1-17 and I will be inputting the certain frequencies of each number in our company. I have completed the word cloud, however the sizes of all the numbers are all the same as seen in the image  attached below. How do I get the number with higher frequencies to be larger?Also is it possible to change the shape of the word cloud?

Hi, I created a quiz and poll and want to know if I can share it with someone else in my department so they can use it? It’s not to collaborate but for them to use as their own.

How does slido calculate leaderboard - example - 3 persons answered 3 question properly, time presented in leaderboard is the same for all 3 persons? How 1st, 2nd, 3rd place is calculated even leaderboard presents the same scoring + time (minutes + seconds) the same for all?

Can you answer quiz questions in Slido anonymously?

How to deactivate a slido poll after an event? Our poll is still showing as active, but we need to freeze the results. This seems like it should be a no-brainer, as it should be easy enough to provide the option to select a button  to activate and deactivate a poll, question, etc.

Is back ground Music is available in Slido during conduction of quiz?
