Just have a couple of questions to clarify about pricing and features for the Professional Plan:- The listed Max joined participants per slido is 1000.Question: Does this 1000 refer to how many people can be on the slido at one given time and interact with the slido elements (Q&A). Or does it mean based on the length of the meeting - that there can only be 1000 that pass through that meeting?- Is there a limit to how many questions can be submitted in one given Slido meeting?- What is the length of a meeting? Can a meeting be opened to extend a number of weeks? Is there a difference in the length a meeting can be based on the Professional One-Time Plan vs the Annual Plan?

I am creating a survey and have a multiple choice question with “Other” and want the option to write in the answer. How can I do that?

Good evening, I'd like to know if it's possible to create a question where participants rate the given options from 1 to 5.For example: "What do you usually eat in the evening?""Rate the following options from 1 to 5:" * Pizza * Pasta * Meat * Etc.And then get a single, combined result at the end.Please note that I'd like all of this to remain within the PowerPoint presentation itself.Thank you. 

I would like to do the following using the free version of Slido:Within a single survey, participants should answer two questions (both word clouds) one after the other. They should first respond to the first question and then automatically proceed to the second one on their own.I don’t want to have to manually activate the second question.Is that possible?

When using Slido can I create a quiz for 50 team members, have them answer and then determine which members answered correctly and which member answered the quickest?

How can we mark questions as "starred" in the "Audience Q&A"?  Before Slido's redesign, we could mark questions this way and then filter by these questions in the presenters mode. I can't find the star anymore.We got the professional edition.

Is it possible to buy the basic version only for one month?

Hello, I have merged my Poll into a 16 question survey. Every time I go back to the survey the order of the questions have changed. This causes the survey to make no sense…. Why do the poll questions keep moving after they are merged into a survey and saved??

I would like to hide my question (poll, text, word cloud, etc.) in the present mode, so that the page shown to participants on the screen only show the results WITHOUT the corresponding question. is there a workaround for this in slido?

I recently signed up for Slido and will use it with .ppt.  I’ve downloaded the Slido .ppt function.  A colleague of mine added slido slides to a .ppt that I created, then sent me the slide deck for further editing.  When I try to edit the Slido .ppt slides that my colleague created I get the followin messageNo access to this slidoRequest access from the slido owner or switch to an account with access.Can’t I edit those slides using my Slido account?

Professional Membership: If you purchase the 1 event membership, how long are the results available to be viewed?  Do you lose access to them after the 7 days of membership?

When I export data from a questionnaire to Excel, all my data is not organized properly. The data ends up in two separate sheets. Each sheet contains part of the information that I need to have together. I can’t easily integrate them because the data structures don’t match. How can I fix this?

Good day! I am trying to configure both Member and Participant SSO in Entra ID and I am running into an issue. I was successful in setting up member SSO and limiting the access to the Enterprise Application to a specific AD group containing my members, but when I try to add a 2nd Enterprise app for the participant SSO integration, I get an error that the EntityID is not unique in the organization because the URL is the same as the member SSO ENt App that I already created. Am I supposed to use the same enterprise application for both participant and member SSO? If so, how can I ensure that only those users that I have identified as members will be able to log in as a member and create Slidos?

Is it possible to show a survey´s questions one by one instead of having them all grouped on a list? I would like to create a 10-question survey where each question, and the participants´ answers, appear one by one.

Hi Experts, Would like to know if there is a way to show the most answered word in the Live Poll? Basically we wanted to use this Slido for annual dinner to ask employees to put their most “Best Dress” names in the questions, and the most 5 names appear will be shown in the poll or result , without showing the number of votes/counts or percentage. Please advise, Thanks! 

For some past events that are closed, the dates keep changing somehow and this leads to new reports being generated. I prefer not to delete them as they might be useful in the future. Is there any way to stop the dates from changing and generating new email report notifications?

Hi! Is there an option to select multiple correct options in a quiz but if the participant chooses any option the answer will be correct? I currently just know how to make them all required for the question to be correct. Thank you!

I've been in several sessions with 100+ participants where I noticed something interesting...What I'm observing as an attendee:- Questions come in faster than presenters can read them- Similar questions get asked multiple times in different ways- Presenters seem overwhelmed trying to address everything- Great questions get buried in the stream and never answered- Sessions end with lots of unanswered questionsRecent example: A session with 125 questions within an hour. Hi.I have a Professional 1-time licence which is live now, but realise I would probably be better off with an Annual Licence.Is it possible to upgrade my licence? When I click upgrade, it seems to want to charge me the full Annual cost (£600), rather than deducting the cost of my existing 1-time licence.Thanks.
