Hi, I’m using Slido during teaching on a tropical medicine course, primarily for multiple choice. It worked great last year, so i just upgraded to Engage. Suddenly I’m having problems, my computer says my power points are “corrupted”, I cant save my presentations anymore and have had to remove all Slidos from my presentations to be able to save them. They also look like in this picture; stating how the app must be installed, but it already is. I have tried to delete and install the “Slidos for powerpoint” again, but the same thing is happening. Has anyone got any experience with this? I have a presentation Thursday (in 2 days) and would love to use Slido for it!

Is there a way to get notifications whenever a new question is posted? Use case is when Q&A is being used to collect questions over an extended period of time; not just during a short, one-time event. Thanks!

Hi, I have been invited as co-host to a Slido event, which now I can access form the link provided in the invitation. However, when I launch the presentation linked to it, it still says I am not allowed to access Slido even if I am logged in with the right user.What could be the problem?Thanks in advance

Hi there,Is it be possible to rename the Audience Q&A Panel? Instead of a running list of audience questions, I would like it to be a running list of recognition items. Is this possible, and if so, how?  

I have the Engage plan and started testing my slido this morning May 12 with sample responses and my event is the evening of May 19. Am I within the 1-week limit, or will my plan expire in the middle of my event next Monday? Help please!

We are doing an intergenerational event and most children will not have phones. Is there a way to allow participants to vote more than once, so that children may vote on their parent’s phone?

Concerned as to whether our Chinese delegates will be able to access. They will be in Australia at the time of the event  

I just paid for event pricing. How does timing work, as my event is a week away? It is from the time of payment, or can I lock it in for dates of interest?

I’m putting together a presentation that requires a presenter view, and I’m trying to figure out a workaround given that Slido presentation mode doesn’t allow for that view.  I put links on the Google Slides but they aren’t working when I’m in Slido Presenter mode.  Is this because I don’t have the Chrome enhancement to allow for GIFs and animations or there another issue?  

I've updated the Slido app and walked through all the steps and it seems like it’s installed the update, but when I re-open Powerpoint Slido keeps referencing that I need to update Slido. My internal IT says it’s not an issue on their side as it’s allowing me to update essentially without being blocked by IT admin rights. Please help!

Hi, we were looking to do a superuser session on poll templates but I can’t find them on the new interface and nothing about them in the help desk regarding new Slido. Is this a feature that has disappeared?

Where does one find the templates in the new Slido interface? 

HiI have a series of upcoming webinars sponsored and hosted by a government regulator. They do not use slido and IT are unwilling to ‘integrate’ the app.  Can I still use slido for my Polls Quizzes etc ?Also if there are more than 200 will it still work for the first 200 each poll?Thank you

I would like to have a game, without a live event, with a few questions (with multiple choice, one answer correct and the others wrong) with leaderboard so that I can see who, I mean the names of the player, played the game and the fastest one and the ranking. Is is possible with the feature “Polls”? Thanks Roberta

I created a three question survey however, the speaker wants all three questions to appear at once - is that possible?  So, once they click the link, visually they would see all three questions...

The company bought an engage plan for me to use at the event, the invoice is available and appears as paid in my account, however, when I access my account it still shows the basic level. How do I upgrade to the engaged level after payment? It should have been automatic but it wasn't. Thanks

This morning I have been using Slido to create a new survey and 3 times now it has automatically come up that I have to leave the site (shuts me out) and when I log back in it hasn’t saved some of my work. This is extremely frustrating and is wasting a lot of time. Please help, what is going on. 

Hi, I have developed a survey and would like to send it to approx 15 people to answer. I want to give them 2 weeks to respond as you would a standard follow up survey. I don’t want to collect the answers in a live interactive format. Can I issue the survey code and they can then complete the survey in their own time without me having to interact with them in real time. Can you please advise how to do this? At the moment when I test it suggests the presentation needs to be activated by the presenter. I have a paid subscription to this tool. Thank you

I’ve created a Slido event, moderated Q&A,I want to add an image to my slide deckI want a downloadable image of event title showing QR code + #IDWhen I enter my event and present in full screen I see the image I wantBUT, if there are already questions submitted and approved, when I enter my event and present in full screen, I see the image I want only for 1 second, then the approved questions appearIs there a way to download the image of event title showing QR code + #ID?

I like to conduct tests before the presentation/event/session to make sure everything including Slido is working correctly. So I will have staff use QR and respond to my Slido poll Qs. Does this have any impact on the (3) total polls that can be used per presentation/event/session for the Basic plan? I really can’t have Slido discontinue working in the middle of my presentation if I hit some threshold. Thanks!
