Display issues with poll sizes - can anyone help?

I have an ultrawide 34” monitor and when I put my ppt into Slideshow mode, I want my notes page to come up on my ultrawide for production. This means the slideshow display shows up on my laptop. This works great until I activate a slido and then it cuts the image off.  If, however, I active it reversed - with my notes page on my laptop and the display on my ultrawide, it shows normal.  Here’s what it looks like reversed. Help!

Cannot login into company account

I cannot login into my work’s account with my work email address. My company has a subscription but I am limited to 3 questions when I try to make a slido poll. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Displaying questions inside of a presentation

Hello! I’m new to using Slido and am still trying to navigate the platform. My organization is trying to use Slido in presentations to ask audience members questions and gauge engagement. In order to see the polls and answers on the presentation screen, do I have to go to the Slido tab? For example, I can place the QR code to the Slido question on my presentation slide, but is there a way to see the questions and all of the responses without leaving my Canva presentation?Let me know!

Access via question

Hi, I know you can set slido to ask the name or email before giving access to the delegates etc, but can you specify what that question is? I.e. we want to know which firm a delegate is from out of 5 options, but still allow them to be anonymous if they don’t want to provide their name or email.

How to turn off verification email when using query parameters to pull fname + lname + email?

We are pulling first name, last name and email into our Slido embed and our users are getting a verification email when joining the session. Is there a way to turn this off? It is really annoying and not necessary for our purposes.

Complete test run (with customer/s) before one-time event date

I have purchased a „one-time engage“ plan ($60 for ONE event) from Slido for a survey with retailers.A few days beforehand, I have to test the survey completely with a team from my customer: The customer team should go through the survey in the same way as the retailers will do a few days later.My question: Does this complete test run count as a separate „event“ and does the „one-time engage“ plan (for ONE event) therefore expire? In other words, would I have to buy another / different plan? Or can I reset the results after the test run, possibly correct the survey according to customer feedback and then conduct the survey "again" a few days later - then with the correct target group?Many thanks in advance for any feedback!

If I create a survey or poll in Slido, can I set the survey/poll access setting to private so that only I can see the results and prevent other users in my Slido org from seeing the results?  I need to make sure the results are confidential and only visible to me.

Slido not advancing / showing when sharing PowerPoint file on Webex

Hello everyone,I encountered some issues in a recent all-hands meeting. I created a multiple-choice poll on the Slido website and incorporated the slide into the PowerPoint file using the Slido plug-in. However, during the presentation, the main Slido slide displaying the question appeared initially, but upon advancing, it jumped to the next slide and not the one where it shows the live results, QR code / login details, etc. I suspect this might be related to the fact that I am not sharing my screen but rather uploading the PPT file. Can anyone provide insights into why this might be happening and if this is a workaround?

One event, two polls, two different QR codes?

Hi!  I have one event and two questions.  I’m looking for two different QR codes (They take you to each respective question).  We have a group of people but we want half to answer one poll and the other half to answer another poll within the same event.  However, the QR codes are not based off of the poll question but based off the event.  Is there a way to create different QR codes based off the poll question?  Thanks!
