Hello. I’ve seen Slido fail during live presentations and I don’t know why. But I figured I’m going to take a leap of faith and try it during two presentations next month. My question … can I still use Mac power point Presenter mode and have the slides work? I like to be able to see my notes if needed when I present. Any other advice for how to utilize the software without it quitting? For example, do all participants need to be on same wifi or can they use a mix of cell data and wifi? Just trying to stack the odds in my favor for this working. 

First does this matter? If so, how do I remove the old version from my Slido and get the new version show? Help Please.

How do I export survey results? I can see how I live present results, but can’t figure out how I can export / non-live sharing of results.

I’m trying to run a live survey where i ask basic questions like, what day of the week is your office busiest? And our CEO would prefer that the answers (monday, tuesday, wednesday, etc) remain static as the answers appear on the screen and have only the percentages move around. Is this possible? I tried both ranking and multiple choice and both appear to have the results jump around depending on the most popular answer. Any experts out there that can offer up some help? Thanks!

We have a men and women sections separated, and there is a Q&A section and the women usually use the QR that they have to send their questions through. Just wondering if I can leave the same QR for the meeting over weeks without needing to renew that QR every week etc? (I am using the basic plan)

We have an enterprise account with 3 users. Can i add other people to our team just as guests for free? Or do I need to add them as members? I’d like to invite people in our unit so that when they present, they could use our account.

We have a quiz question (has to be a quiz, not a multiple choice) that allows for multiple correct responses. Is there a way to restrict students to selecting only one option? If they choose more than 1, their score can exceed the maximum, and I have to fix by hand.

I have integrated questions and a poll into PowerPoint. The same PowerPoint will be shown to three different groups of people, one after another. If I reset the slido, will I lose all data or will it be archived somewhere? Or do I need to download data after each session, then reset, to get a fresh slate for the next group of attendees?

I use the present mode to display incoming questions to a moderator on a laptop. The laptop serves only as a screen and cannot be operated by the moderator. A team editor selects and highlights the questions during the live broadcast.When a poll is started, the Present mode on the laptop immediately switches as well, indicating that a poll is in progress.How can I prevent this? I run my Slido polls in WebEx and would like to know:  If I have a Survey of, say 12 multiple choice questions - how can I show the results of all the questions at once? This was standard in WebEx, but now I’m having to show the results one by one and it takes up more time than necessary.  If there is a way of just showing all the results at once, it would be so much less hassle.

Is it possible to edit poll responses to correct spelling mistakes and errors. I like to use the word clouds in presentations but it looks unprofessional with errors.

I have a couple of questions regarding the multiple rooms.  Are we able to use these rooms as sort of “breakout rooms” where teams will have separate codes and go in and respond on the polls/questions being asked?  Follow up - Will we be able to collect these responses to broadcast it to the wider team?

I purchased a one time event version of Professional Slido.  We will be using it at our National Sales Meeting Feb 24-27.  I need to have my colleagues be able to use it in our 7 concurrent breakout sessions.  How do I advise them to access it for their PowerPoint presentations?  Can they download the PowerPoint version or how does that work since I have the Slido license?

When I am sharing my screen in Teams - in present mode the questions will come up, but how do I not show to the participants that I go to host mode again to approve some more questions that came in?

I am trying to gather information from individuals, but I need the answers to be linked to one individual. For example, 1) Name 2) Age 3) Gender. When I extract the data, I need to be able to ensure that the age and gender is mapped to that individual. Is there a way that this can be done?
