Hi, I have been trying to get the leaderboard displayed but there is no option regarding the leaderboard at all when I created the quiz. How can I find that leaderboard display option? Thank you!

I recently purchased a one-time Professional Plan for an event on December 13, and today is December 5, which is more than 7 days before the event.However, it appears that a Slido I was previously working on under the Basic Plan has already been activated with the Professional Plan.If I change the duration of this Slido to a single day, specifically December 13, will I still be able to use it under the Professional Plan conditions? I need access to the polling feature, and the expected number of participants is between 700 and 1,000. Or should I delete this Slido and create a new one? If I do, will the Professional Plan apply to the new Slido?Additionally, I need to download the QR code in advance for printing. Will this be possible as well?

Please help with advising me on how to recover lost data on slido.

hi- i have just upgraded my plan to  one-off plan professional for our upcoming event on Dec 13, next week. Unfortunatelly, it seems like the slido i’ve been working on under Basic plan got activated somehow, which means that i won’t be able to use this slido on Dec 13, becuase i understand that under One-off Professional plan, i can only use one slido which only last for 7 day.  Could you please fix this?  

I just purchased a Professional One time Plan, however when I log in and click on my profile it says the (name of my organization)’s organization BASIC. Is the professional not activated?  

I have a long quiz. If I show the leaderboard every 3rd question and one at the end. Does each one build on the others so they are accurate results through to the end?

I want to present in Power Point 1 poll for 5 different rooms, one after another (not simultaneously). The issue is that when I switch from one room to another, I select in Power Point the option “use different slido”, then I see all the 5 rooms, I select the one I want, but  all the polls from the selected  room/previous room  are deleted, and I have to select the polls  from the available list again, and add them to the room even though the polls are already assigned to each room. I have the same slido code to connect to all 5 rooms. Is there another way how to switch between the rooms in Power Point, and not lose the polls?Also, how do I get slido to show me in analytics at the end of the presentation-the poll summary for all 5 rooms, not just for each one? Thank you 

I’ve created a quiz which consists of 5 rounds, and I need to reorder the rounds. I can only seem to move questions one at a time - is there a way to select multiple questions and move them all?

I have an event for 2 days and each day I will run a quiz; when I create the second quiz it continues the numbering of questions from the first quiz and it adds the leaderboard results on the first quiz; how I can separate the second quiz so it has its own question number and its own results? 

I have added the Polls feature from the interactions tab (new interface). Finally, I have decided that we will not use polls during this event, so I’d like this feature to be removed for this event.How do I remove the Polls feature in the new interface? In the old one it was easy and obvious, now I cannot retrieve this simple action!

In the old interface, it was possible to create a a direct link to a survey. Is it still possible in the new interface? 

I’ve got up to 10 sessions per room in my agenda next week. Can I still assign sessions in each room for admin purposes in the new interface? It would really help my room managers to understand what’s up next.

I have a Webex EA subscription with Slido enabled for all users. I know the Webex webinar can accommodate 5000 users for quiz but is it the same for Webex meetings? 

Slido is not connecting to my powerpoint as it says I need to switch to an account with access.

Hello,I want to make sure my slido under the title : guess who the baby is’ will work with no issue on the 5th of December? what are the limits of the participant and responses? 

Can quizzes be made that have non-multiple choice answers? For example, correct or incorrect text answers? Thank you.

I’m often asked why we can only share individual survey questions and not as an overall survey to all questions in one go?  Can this be done, or is it being considered as a new function?

I have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to use the ”paid” features. I am being asked to pay again ….  Any suggestions?

HI MyColleague upgraded one of our events to proffessional to allow us to moderate. All the other slidos which are currently active  on our account have also been turned into professional and now they are unable to be duplicated. Why is professional removing the capability to duplicate ?? Thanks

I created a quiz which I had trialed successfully. I went to edit some questions today to find it now has the format Q&A (not Quiz) and I can’t change it or locate the questions and answers I entered?

Good Morning.I need to buy a one time event licence starting on December 8th. If I buy it now and set my slido for the week 8th-15th, can I already download the QR code for slidos I create before his start ? I need to print it on this days.Thank you, Have a nice day   

I have a user that had created a free account and then joined our licensed account.  This user has used the same email address for both.  He has an option when signed into slido.com to change between accounts.  Is there an easy way to delete the free account? Thank you, I did not see this option in the UI.

Hello,We are rolling out a training session for our entire organization. We have about 100 facilitators. All facilitators have a Slido license. We want one universal PowerPoint with Slido interactions. Is this something that we can do? If we can how would we do this?
