How many Q&A sessions can I have active at the same time?

I have created a poll of mainly multiple choice questions however I have had to add an answer option of “Other” on one of the poll questions. I have then generated a new open text poll question so that “Other” can be expanded however when I use the drag icon to move this open text poll question underneath the correct multiple choice question it will not move there, only to the top or the bottom of the poll. Also, the multiple choice questions don’t have the drag icon option. How can I move the open text poll question to sit underneath the relevant multiple choice question?

I am trying the extend a recently closed event and it just sits there with a spinning dial.I have logged out and logged back in with no change.Any ideas?

I’ve created 3 surveys for 3 workshop groups. I want to share each survey to a specific group of individuals. I’ve seen that I can add email addresses to each survey. However I’ve just tested 2 of the surveys sent to different individuals. One was able to add in the survey code number and respond to the survey however the other was presented with just the create an account screen. How do I ensure that those I invite to a survey, that I give the survey code to, can join and participate?

Hi. I only seem to be able to have a Q&A slido open for a maximum of one week. Is there any way to extend this so that I can host a slido link for longer, or ideally forever? My company only uses the most basic membership for Slido. Would this change if we were to upgrade?

Hi, I want to keep an event Q&A open for a year as a form of online suggestion box/ permanent Q&A. At present it is only letting me open an event for 7 days at a time. How do I get round this?

How do I create a powerpoint with multiple questions in slido but have the audience only have to scan the QR code once? Is that possible? It’s just faster if it pops up on their phones rather than scanning every time.

I'm going to use Slido on Webex to get a questionnaire from the attendees. When I tested it, some of them see the questionnaire normally, but some are stuck on the questionnaire screen. What part should I check to find out the cause?

Hi, I purchased an Enterprise License including 3 seats. While I am just the IT Operator and Billing responsible, I occupy one of these seats that were meant for the business. Is it possible that I stay as the owner for groupwide settings and billing but not use one of the seats? I would be fine not to be able to create slidos.GreetingsMatthias

HiI was running a slido at the end of some training recently and I accidentally reactivated one of the polls that had already been responded to. This seemed to cause a loss of all the data that had been captured in that poll. Is there anyway of retrieving that data?Thanks

Is there a way to upvote/like responses to an open poll? It sounded like they were working on adding this feature as of a few months ago, but I still don’t see it. I was hoping there was a workaround using the Q&A function, which has the upvote option. But there seems no way to edit the prompt to say something different than “type your question.”

How do i format in the question when i want a space between sentences (line spacing)   for a question in the present mode… Seems like on the editing screen, I can do that, but when it goes to the present mode and live survey, all the spaces and sentences are crunched together.   This is urgent.   Thx.
