Hello Slido Team,I reached out today through the chatbot regarding a full refund, but I haven't been able to find a resolution, so I'm following up here directly.I think Slido is a genuinely useful and well-made service. Hi all, I tried to access Slido from PC with using 7 digit code. Then, a error message “Sorry, there is no such slido active right now.”  came up and I was not able to access Slido. I can access the same slido from mobile phone using QR code. Would someone advise how I can access from PC?This problem happens only this time. I input the accurate code.I input the accurate code. Hi Team, earlier in the year we purchased a subscription that allowed two users. I have used my credentials for the first of those users but am trying now to set the second user up but cannot see how to do this. Are you please able to advise how I can do this?

My customer is trying to get some assistance with answering their Due Diligence Questionnaire.  The Slido service is new to them and is part of a Webex Suite agreement.Slido support is directing them to use the Cisco Trust packages – However these do not answer all questions clearly. As a regulated company, they need absolute clarity on how our data is handled. If you’re able to provide a contact of someone that could assist, I’d be extremely grateful.

Event QUIZ - How do I remove the 'Lock Voting' and ‘reveal answer’ in a Quiz. I want participants to complete this in their own time at an event.

Is it possible (or could it be) to randomly select a winner from all participants that chose the correct answer in a multiple choice interaction? 

We have an environment where instructors build out their Powerpoint presentations including Slido questions and polls.  They then go to various classrooms which each have a pre-configured MacOS device using a generic account that is configured to auto-login.  Configuration is managed by Jamf.  When they launch Powerpoint, Slido prompts them to log in, which requires multiple steps as they must go through the Log in with Webex workflow.  This is problematic, especially if they are coming in after another session that went right up to the scheduled time, or even over the scheduled time. Is there a way to configure these devices to be logged into the Slido Add-in with a generic account that is either shared between all rooms or individual for each room? Is there a way to have this login happen programmatically, so that if the session cookie expires or any other timeout is reached, it can be logged back in either by recurring Jamf policy or a Self Service+ triggered policy?  We have alread

Hi, just wondering if I can have both email and name recorded for individual poll or survey? I am currently on a free account and can only see the option to record name. If a participant choose to be anonymous, is there any chance Slido assigns an ID for all users so I will be able to map the responses when exporting the results (with a paid account)?e.g. Participant A answers X for poll question #1, skips question #2 and answers X for question #3, even though the answers are kept anonymous, I can still see the responses that are provided by the same participant.  Thanks.

Are you able to change the default grey bars and correct-answer green in any of the Slido plans?

We have a poll as an interactive feature on our team internal website. We’d like to disable to Q&A feature when displaying this - as the Q&A is not something that would be actively monitored. How can we do this? Also - is it possible to disable access to the menu for participants? We’d like to avoid them going down a rabbit hole - when what we’d really like is for them to participate in a standing poll.

Hi,Two questions:Can you ask a question and in real time see responses by attendee persona? For example, if you’re having an event with 2 customer types -- let’s call them apples and oranges -- can you view results as they come in a color coded way or tagged in some way to see how apples respond and how oranges respond? I’d like to ask this question: You have $100 to spread across 5 topics. How would you spread the money? What type of question format would I choose to do this, if Slido can do this at all? It’s more than pure prioritization.
