Hi,If I distribute the Slido Basic installer (exe) to our users, will they be able to auto update the software themselves? I noticed the Basic installer installs the program to the user appdata local folder which users have rights to install apps to. I guess my question is based around how does the auto update process work? Does it notify the users to download and install the latest version or does it dynamically update the program to the latest version like say how Zoom or Google Chrome do.I have seen there is an admin installer which I can deploy and then manage the updates going forward, I am just trying to work out the most efficient update process for this app in our environment.

I have a Slido user who has a 20 question quiz created that they reset each training period.  They are telling me that the performance is normal when the participants are using their phone to participate.  However, when they participate on one of the training PC’s by visiting slido.com and entering the appropriate PIN code, they find there is significant latency moving from screen to screen.  The latency is most evident when moving from the correct answer screen to the trophy screen or from the trophy screen to the next question.They did have a 60 count down before the question was locked and I suggested reducing that but they indicated that the latency exists even if they end the question early.Any troubleshooting ideas.  We have verified the throughput speeds are what they should be and circuit utilization is nomina.

I have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to add a poll. I am being asked to pay again ….  Any suggestions?

I could use Slido for my Power Point however, suddenly I cannot use Slido for Power Point. We need to use Slido for tomorrow at our company Year End Townhall. Could you sort out this issue as soon as possible?   

Hello - I checked in on my poll midway through its timeframe (Nov 28 - Dec 5) and saw 44 responses. It was a post-event survey. When I went today to access the data, it’s gone. Where is it?

On slido Quiz, I want to add a different image for each question. Can I not do that? As of now, it is allowing me to add 1 picture for all the ques - so the same picture is there for the entire quiz. I would like to add a different image for each question. Please help.

Hi, I want to create a quiz, where different people compete by right amount of answers and answer speed. But the people will not be answering the questions at the same time. Is it possible to start an interaction again, without resetting it? Thank you.

Is there branching logic in Slido? So if someone answers a question with option A, does it lead to additional questions?

I recently purchased a one-time Professional Plan for an event on December 13, and today is December 5, which is more than 7 days before the event.However, it appears that a Slido I was previously working on under the Basic Plan has already been activated with the Professional Plan.If I change the duration of this Slido to a single day, specifically December 13, will I still be able to use it under the Professional Plan conditions? I need access to the polling feature, and the expected number of participants is between 700 and 1,000. Or should I delete this Slido and create a new one? If I do, will the Professional Plan apply to the new Slido?Additionally, I need to download the QR code in advance for printing. Will this be possible as well?

Please help with advising me on how to recover lost data on slido.

hi- i have just upgraded my plan to  one-off plan professional for our upcoming event on Dec 13, next week. Unfortunatelly, it seems like the slido i’ve been working on under Basic plan got activated somehow, which means that i won’t be able to use this slido on Dec 13, becuase i understand that under One-off Professional plan, i can only use one slido which only last for 7 day.  Could you please fix this?  

I just purchased a Professional One time Plan, however when I log in and click on my profile it says the (name of my organization)’s organization BASIC. Is the professional not activated?  

I have a long quiz. If I show the leaderboard every 3rd question and one at the end. Does each one build on the others so they are accurate results through to the end?

I want to present in Power Point 1 poll for 5 different rooms, one after another (not simultaneously). The issue is that when I switch from one room to another, I select in Power Point the option “use different slido”, then I see all the 5 rooms, I select the one I want, but  all the polls from the selected  room/previous room  are deleted, and I have to select the polls  from the available list again, and add them to the room even though the polls are already assigned to each room. I have the same slido code to connect to all 5 rooms. Is there another way how to switch between the rooms in Power Point, and not lose the polls?Also, how do I get slido to show me in analytics at the end of the presentation-the poll summary for all 5 rooms, not just for each one? Thank you 

I’ve created a quiz which consists of 5 rounds, and I need to reorder the rounds. I can only seem to move questions one at a time - is there a way to select multiple questions and move them all?

I have an event for 2 days and each day I will run a quiz; when I create the second quiz it continues the numbering of questions from the first quiz and it adds the leaderboard results on the first quiz; how I can separate the second quiz so it has its own question number and its own results? 

I have added the Polls feature from the interactions tab (new interface). Finally, I have decided that we will not use polls during this event, so I’d like this feature to be removed for this event.How do I remove the Polls feature in the new interface? In the old one it was easy and obvious, now I cannot retrieve this simple action!
