I would like to set up a poll in which each question has the same set of answers, and you can see the live progress of the number of votes for each answer. Is this possible? 

I have prepared several Slido polls, but when I share the slido link with participants, it is only showing one poll. After responding to the question, the participants are unable to go to the next one. Please help!

I want participants to be able to submit their answers but only want to show on screen the ones that I find most relevant. 

I’m having trouble staying on the slide to have my class answer the poll or question. It randomly moves forward and backwards during my presentation. Very disruptive, has this happened to anyone else and can someone advise if its a setting that I need to perform?

Hello all.  I’m new.  How do I change from Presentation Mode to Interactive mode in Slido.  The default is presentation mode.  Trying to send this out to customers.

Hi Slido Community. As the Slido Organisation Owner, I am able to view all Slido events for all users when I log on to the portal.  If I then access a slido that was created by one of the users, I am unable to add myself as a collaborator since I am already the org owner and have access to all Slido events by default (Error shown when trying to add myself:  “User already has access to the event”). When I host a Webex Webinar and try to add Slido, I am not able to add any of the user-created slido events to the Webinar.  The only Slido events I have access to are the events that I created myself. Am I missing something? Is something not working as it should? Should I be able to add Slido events to my Webex event even if I was not the original creator of the event?

I am looking for recommendations on the best way to present a PowerPoint deck with some Slido polls intermixed throughout the presentation by an outside A/V person.  I have created these with the Slido powerpoint plugin.  It works great when I present it on my device.  Although, for the speaking event, the presentation must be displayed on a device owned by the events company.  What is the recommended method for this situation?

I set up my account linked to google and now I want to remove this to avoid having to to log in through google. Is there a way to do this without losing my interactions?

Is there an option to add points manually in a quiz? Maybe give a bonus point of lets say 40 for those who answer quickly? I’m trying to make sure I don’t have a congested leaderboard. And maybe people could be ranked higher if they answer quicker?

I cannot see the poll option when I access slido via powerpoint, just mulitiple choice, open text, word cloud, rating ranking and quiz. Please direct me

Hi, I am testing to set up a vote for a club. I just came across a problem which I haven’t solved yet.I read, that it is not possible to vote twice if-you use the same e-Mail address “in the same browser” (on the same device), but: if you use it on another device, I think, I was able to vote twice with the same e-mail address.  I limited the access to only two e-mail addresses in the Slido Settings, one was mine, one of a colleague. My two mobile phones share Multi-Cards and the access code was sent to both of them to g-mail address. Both seem to share the same g-Mail account. Both received the mail. (while SMS to my knowledge only goes to one of the smartphones.And with that I was able to vote twice, one time on each device. (there are two allowed e-mail addresses in my current Slido, but now 3 counted votes)Now I also tried, to vote again on my PC (Laptop) device on which I also started the Slido Poll. And this vote was not identified as a new one.  Is there a solution for this?     

Hello, I will be polling approx 30 patients and doctors over the course of a 2 day training.  I would like to see results by patient group and by physician group.  Is this possible in slido?thx

Hi, when creating Slido Quiz, is it possible to add a slide with some pictures after each question (showing more details about the correct answer)?

Is there anyway a poll, quiz, survey that I created be shared with others using Slido. For example I create a survey that all trainers would need to use. Can I just create one survey and have them all use the same survey? (different WebEx, different times)

We are going to make the video casting on the site via slido. Hi,I purchased a one-time plan. my event will start at 2nd March. I created the Slido Event but i don’t understand how can i assign my plan to this event. I know that this plan expire in a week but how can i use it in this specific week (2-8 March)?thank you

Is there a way to change a User’s role to be a Guest?I have a User who was originally a Guest.  As the Owner, I promoted them to be a User.  I would now like to demote them back to a Guest (so that I can have the User license go to someone else). However, my only options appear to be that I can Deactivate or Remove them.  Do I need to Remove them and have them join or be invited back as a guest?  Is that the only way?It’s interesting that I can promote a Guest to be a User or Admin, but I cannot demote a User back to a Guest.

Can we safely disable auto-update and use the outdated clients to access Slido?Any version check like ZOOM? It would be easier for the admin to manage the version if we disable auto update and manually push on a quarterly/semi-annually basis. 

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask a quick question. I’m planning to upgrade my account and pay for more Slido's, but as I was looking, the only option to pay is the annual one. Is it possible somehow to pay monthly?  Thank you

I had problems with wifi at an event today and could not complete the survey.  Can i share the survey with the attendees after the event?  I have tried and they are telling me it only allows them to answer one question.  They do not get the full survey.  I have paid for a full licence.  Can you help?  What am i doing wrong?

When I run ppt in presenter mode, I can see the Slido placeholder, but there is no way to activate the poll.  If I “present” from the Slido integration to start the poll, I cannot see my presenter notes while presenting.  How can I work around this? 

If I have a laptop and a desktop, can I access Slido using both? 

I am hosting an event and inviting staff to submit their questions a head of time. There are some questions that have been upvoted so they are popular and move to the top. There are other questions that have not been upvoted but are along the same lines as the upvoted question. Is there any way to display similar questions together during our live event?
