Hello, I am looking to remove the slido passcode for my presentation. I cannot find how to do so. Any help is appreciated!

Is there a way to upvote/like responses to an open poll? It sounded like they were working on adding this feature as of a few months ago, but I still don’t see it. I was hoping there was a workaround using the Q&A function, which has the upvote option. But there seems no way to edit the prompt to say something different than “type your question.”

How do i format in the question when i want a space between sentences (line spacing)   for a question in the present mode… Seems like on the editing screen, I can do that, but when it goes to the present mode and live survey, all the spaces and sentences are crunched together.   This is urgent.   Thx. Is there a limit to how many questions people can ask in my Q&A?

Hi all, I’m organizing an event of 2 days with 80 participants each and multiple sessions. Hence, the intention is to buy either the engage or the professional account. However, I am worried about the limitation of participants: what do you mean with it? Given the several sessions we’ll host, these 80+80 participants would access to the Sli.do event multiple times (probably with same device). Log in is not required for accessing to sli.do event’s, so I’m wondering how you count participants.  Thanks for understanding, Best.

Hi all,I downloaded Slido for the first time. The I went to open it received the message “You have macOS 10.15.7. The application requires macOS 11.0 or later.” My MacBook is older and is not able to update to macOS 11.0. Is there a way around this? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. 

Hi there, I’m looking for some help as a new Slido user. I have upgraded my plan & have been charged for the year. Yet each time I try to use the ”paid” features. I am being asked to pay again ….  What have I done wrong?

For example:On a scale of 1 (low) to 5 (high), how would your team rate:Your Integrity? Your Intent? Your Capabilities? Your Results?Again, I want to know if there is a way to conduct this poll in one versus 4 separate polls.

I’m holding an event in two languages and I would want it so the Q&A interface reflectss the person who scans the QR code’s system settings.For example, if an English speaking person scans the QR code or opens the link, then the interface is in English, but if a Spanish speaking person does it, the interface is in Spanish.I cannot find any settings related to this except changing the default language. Is this possible?Thank you

Hi,I am currently working on an event with participants who speak different languages. I made a Q&A and a quiz. The interface language can be chosen by the user, but I have not found any way to translate quiz questions/answers or the Q&A itself.I am looking for either an auto-translation tool that can translate the the submissions in the Q&A and the quiz entries. Hi everyone,Is there an easy way to reset my poll responses or results? I’d like to test my slido out to make sure I understand what I’m doing, but I want to know that I can start fresh again. I’m worried that I’ll have my testing responses there and won’t be able to remove them.  Is this possible?

Hi, I’m using a one-time Engage plan. Is it possible to prepare and test my slido outside of the 7 day limit? Or does the 7 day limit start when I purchase?  Many thanks. Cheers,Marco 

Hi, I want to ask multiple polls (with multi-choice) on one slide and not multiple slides. How can I do that?

I am in the Slido part of my PowerPoint presentation and its asking me to sign in or switch accounts. Im already signed in.  Either choice is not working.  I want to sign into my own account but it keeps rejecting me and its not going anywhere.

With basic - it says only 3 polls per event.  So does that mean after 3 Slido slides I can’t use it anymore unless I upgrade to the next level?  Silly question, but I’ll ask anyway - each presentation you run you can have up to 100 participants (if you’re on basic)?  So if I have two presentations in a day - each could have up to 100 participants is that true?  

Hi, I’m wondering if Slido can break the questions into few sections. I’m planning the group the questions accordingly with the title for a clear and organized survey.  

Is an anonymous question in Slido Q&A truly anonymous? In other words, if I ask a question anonymously, will administrators within my company or anyone else know who submitted the question? 

I know, I know- a timer can’t be added. But has anyone figured out a work-around? there will be a first after all. 

HiI want to use Slido during a consumer panel. I want to ask a series of questions (as a survey) at the beginning of the discussion and then ask specific questions at certain times during the discussion - so three separate questions. How do I do this using the same QR code as I don’t want to confuse the audience?  Thanks

Hello,In the participant mode (participant interface), is it possible to hide the Q&A questions from other participants? 

How can you limit participants to voting only once in a Slido poll? We don't want people to be able to vote multiple times.
