I was wondering if you are able to do a multiple choice question as well as word/answer combination in a survey?  For exampleWhat is your favourite food? Pizza Hamburgers ChipsOther _____________spaghetti______________________

Hi, Is there a way that I can add a full screen image before the question? Currently when I add the image it appears in the center of the box after the question but before the options.Also I would like to find a way to adjust the size of the box for options, it’s too big in the presentation mode and I would like if I can reduce it.

I’m running a live event where speakers will have Q&As, and then they want to answer remaining questions with text after their talk.Currently I archive the questions, so the space is free for the next speaker, but then the previous speaker won't be able to access the question when the next has started.

We do weekly quizzes that usually include questions with multiple answers that are correct.  However, in the analytics, Slido counts the number of correct answers instead of the number of correct answered questions. So lets say Question 1 has answers: A (correct), B, C(correct) and D. The correct answer would be A & D, which should give you 1 point. However, Slido counts it as 2 points and ignores when incorrect answers have been given as well.   

I want to run a quiz over 4 days.  With students attempting it when and where they want to.  They can click on the link, enter the code and start the quiz themselves.  Possible?

We are having issues with the Slido page fitting inside the native apps iframe on CrowdComms.  Anyone got an advice or solutions for this please?

I have used Slido on occasion for years and I recently upgraded to run a single event.New Slido is fine for creating interactions — very straightforward albeit slowwwww to make changes.However, I have repeatedly tried to alter the event hashtag and the spinning wheel just… spins. It never saves the changes. Tearing my hair out here. There are similar bugs all through the ‘new’ interface.To add insult to injury there is just NO WAY to request tech support. There’s a knowledge base and this forum. I guess y’all are running such a perfect operation there’s no longer any need for tech support. That means there’s no way, other than writing this post, to flag bugs needing fixing. That’s plain rude, lousy customer service, and I won’t be using Slido again.

Hi all,  Looking for some help as a new Slido user. I have upgraded my plan & have been charged for the year. Yet each time I try to use the ”paid” features. I am being asked to pay again ….  Any suggestions? A

Is there any possible to ask 3 open text questions at the same time? 

I want this question within the quiz section so I can have it within the excel export of per participant of their results of the quiz. Please help!

Does word cloud exclude simple words like “the,” “a,” “an,” and “or?”

Hello Slido community, Perhaps some of you can help here. For our next community event, we would like to run a contest where each participant can submit an AI prompt (unlimited number of characters) during the entire conference day. (Participant can submit multiple inputs during the day).  Something like this Enter your name: John SmithEnter your AI prompt inputs (can be a long unlimited text) : “This is a an example of AI Prompt bla bla bla bla bla ….”Submit buttonThen participant would see the other inputs and can vote once on his favorite one If you have any idea, please let me knowThanks

I’m holding an event in two languages and I would want it so the Q&A interface reflexs the person who scans the QR code’s system settings.For example, if an English speaking person scans the QR code or opens the link, then the interface is in English, but if a Spanish speaking person does it, the interface is in Spanish.I cannot find any settings related to this except changing the default language.Is this possible?Thank you~

Hi, Does anyone know how I can remove the “Join” info bar in presentation mode?I don’t think this type of information (which is easily shared via any chat or meeting initiation) is worthy of persisting in any capacity, let alone ~a third of the screen estate. 

I made a survey with several questions and options. My collegues tested this. They all were able to respond and answer the questions and polls. The problem is: none of them is able to submit their answers, because the ‘Submit’ button or Apply-button (in Dutch ‘verzenden') is not active. It is light green in stead of dark green, so it can't be used. How can I solve this problem? 

Has anyone else noticed that the placeholder text in any Slido poll is “Enter a word”? Is there a way to change this? I’ve found this really restrictive in the sense that sometimes my polls aren’t just asking for one word, yet people will tend to submit one word. Can’t find a way to alter this and none of my searches yield anything.

Hi,I am currently working on an event gathering people speaking different languages. I made a Q&A and a quiz. The interface language can be chosen by the user, but I have not found any way to translate quiz questions and answers or the Q&A itself.I am looking for either an auto-translation tool that can translate the the submissions in the Q&A and the quiz entries, or for a way to define myself the translations for at least the quiz.Thank you!

I bought a one-time license, good for “one event”. I will want to test my presentation at a dry-run event one day prior. Is this possible or will it try to charge me when I get to the event day?

I have my one time event set for 1 week in September. It is the Q&A event.It looks like I can start my one time event early and test it. I can also send out the QR code early.What happens if the attendees log in and ask questions prior to the week the event goes active?Does my event go for one week from the time the attendees start asking questions and then end?I see that I can test my event - can I test it multiple times with an attendee or 2 asking questions?Is there a limit on how many attendees can be a part of the test?

Hi there! Just wondering if it’s possible to create a Survey on Slido where there’s a set of 20 or so Polls, but that participants can advance themselves through and answer at their own pace? My hope was that we open the Slido as the session begins, people can complete the questions as we do other things, and then we walk through the RESULTS one at a time (not walk through TAKING them - which would take forever). Thanks!

I’ve looked and haven’t been able to find any information about this in the forums. I’m using Slido as an instructor at the university level for comprehension questions during lectures and to encourage interaction and participation with a large group of students (70 students). I would like to be able to track students’ participation, and see whether they are getting questions right or not over the course of the weeks and the semester. In other words, I would like to track their participation and question responses during lectures and use that as part of their grade. Ideally, this could be integrated into a online “classroom” so they don’t have to scan QR codes each class. I haven’t seen that this is possible in Slido (though it is for some other interactive classroom apps). Does Slido allow for anything like profile, group, or classroom creation? It would be great if students could create profiles so that they can track their progress, and look back at old questions. It would be gre
