Hi, just wondering if I can have both email and name recorded for individual poll or survey? I am currently on a free account and can only see the option to record name. If a participant choose to be anonymous, is there any chance Slido assigns an ID for all users so I will be able to map the responses when exporting the results (with a paid account)?e.g. Participant A answers X for poll question #1, skips question #2 and answers X for question #3, even though the answers are kept anonymous, I can still see the responses that are provided by the same participant.  Thanks.

Are you able to change the default grey bars and correct-answer green in any of the Slido plans?

We have a poll as an interactive feature on our team internal website. We’d like to disable to Q&A feature when displaying this - as the Q&A is not something that would be actively monitored. How can we do this? Also - is it possible to disable access to the menu for participants? We’d like to avoid them going down a rabbit hole - when what we’d really like is for them to participate in a standing poll.

I’m wondering if there is a way to integrate Slido into Keynote?

Hi,Two questions:Can you ask a question and in real time see responses by attendee persona? For example, if you’re having an event with 2 customer types -- let’s call them apples and oranges -- can you view results as they come in a color coded way or tagged in some way to see how apples respond and how oranges respond? I’d like to ask this question: You have $100 to spread across 5 topics. How would you spread the money? What type of question format would I choose to do this, if Slido can do this at all? It’s more than pure prioritization.

If I purchase a professional edition and begin using it before the Engage one-time plan expires, is my subscription updated, implying that Engage has been upgraded to professional, or do I have two subscriptions, Engage and professional?

Are Slido questions truly anonymous if they post anonymously? We have someone who keeps asking odd questions and would like to address them one to one.

If we designate someone as a co-host in our session, they will have access to our Slido (they can launch it in their own session). How long will the co-host have access to that Slido? Does it expire after a certain period, or do they retain access indefinitely? All of our instructors need access to our pre-made polls. We can no longer upload polls, so how can I make the poll once and share it with all other instructors (non-admin) who do not have access to organizational slides? 

Hello:  First time Slide user here.  I’m trying to send out via email the Slido poll to accumulate preliminary results...AND, then do a Live presentation for those attending the event.  When I just tried to send myself the link, I could only get one question to show.  Or, it gave me the message, “there are no live events.”   

Hi there, I noticed you are scrapping Slido Switcher, so I have a question regarding the integrated Powerpoint for Slido, which I’ve not really used.I have a Mac and prepare all slides using the Powerpoint app. I have the Slido integration for that, so I’m happy to prepare slides that way.However, before our events, we are often advised to send the slides to the venue, and run the slides using the venue’s laptop (usually a PC). My question is, will Slido work for me, using the integration on a new device, having prepared slides as above. Do I need to download the integration tool on the venue’s Powerpoint app for it to work {which I often cannot do, as there’s IT admins involved in downloading new things to a laptop and the laptop will not belong to me)?Thanks,

what level of detail is available with a paid tier.   I can get a list of individual responses to a ranking poll?

I cloned a meeting from 2025 and now the Welcome message for the meeting is showing last year’s details and not the details that I updated in the settings. Please help, my meeting is today and I don’t want to confuse our guests

Can I use the same QR code for different poll, quiz, and survey during our two days event?

Seems like the slido is allowing for only up to 7 days for a slido, suppose an Enterprise license should allow for more.

I have a single event that I anticipate being more than 200 people, but less than 1000 in attendance. Is there any way to do a single event rate for closer to 500 people?
