I requested access from the slido owner (which is me) to connect it with my powerpoint presentation, but I never received email to approve this request. So I cannot move on. I tried it already multiple times, still the same result.  

I cannot find my old slido surveys from last year

Hi. I created an event and am using slido to collect information about people who will be attending. When they use the QR code, it takes them into the event / poll. But when they use the code it says “Sorry, there is no such slido active right now”. I’ve set the slido dates to be active from Jan 19th to Jan 28th, but the problem persists. They’re entering the code correctly because I’m doing the same on my cell phone.

I would like a question where participants can divide percentages over a number of given answer options, with a total of 100%. For example, they can indicate how much of the day they are involved in: a sleeping b moving c sitting. It is actually a kind of ranking question, but specified in percentages. Is it true that this is not yet possible in Slido?

Hi when I review my results for a ranking poll there’s a number beside each one, what does that represent please ? numbers like 1.51, 1.31, .82 etc the total adds up to 9.79 which isn’t relevant to anything. There are 11 options in the ranking poll, 73 people participated. Can anyone advise > thanks

Can you get the Slido app onto powerpoint online?When I download it only is available on the hard drive - I don’t know how to get the add-in on the online version of pp that I usually work in for my work?

HI there, I have set-up 5 slides for ranking. Now I need to pull them together into a powerpoint. I have managed to do it for the one but unable to add other slides as a slide. I am sure this is possible. If anyone can help? Thank you.

I created a blank PPT and insert my Slido questions. Now when I test it I can see the questions on my phone, but the answers do not show in the PPT.

How do I change the results presentation to stop Slido from sorting the results by the most popular response?  I want it to stop sorting responses by frequency of response.Thanks!

I am trying to run a quiz over several days at a conference and would like to have participants go through it at their own pace. There’s a post from three years ago asking for the same thing - I assume by now this exists but I don’t see any instructions. How can I do this?

I am testing a multiple choice question in a poll. I have embedded via an iframe into Articulate Rise - no issues there. When the current user selects a response, they are shown the results page, but it doesn’t include their response. On refreshing the page their response is included in the results. Has anyone come across this issue before or have a solution?

Hello, unable to login to Slido. Error message says that account owner needs to verify login. 

What does the error message mean  User cannot be invited to your organisation as they are a member of another SAML organisation I need to add then to host the slido and an setting this up on their behalf.

I would like to ask if in the Leaderboard you can see all the names of the participants. We will be more than 100 people and i would like to have them all in my Leaderboard list.

I am a teacher at UNCW and bought Slido premium to take attendance in my class of 150 students.  I need to add 150 students, by name, to my multiple choice slide.  However, my Slido slide will not allow me to add any more than 20 “options” in my multiple choice poll.  How do I increase the number of options to 150?

Is there a way to have different settings for different slides - for example to have one slide which shows results on a click while another shows them immediately? My google slides doesn’t seem to be letting me do this.

I am new to slido. Also I am having trouble integrating slido with powerpoint. So I am trying to see if I can do the entire quiz on slido without integrating it with powerpoint. I am looking for suggestions/ideas to set up a slido quiz to do the following. ThanksSetup a slido quiz with 40 questions organized as 4 rounds (Rounds 1-4) with 10 questions in each round. Intersperse the 4 Quiz rounds with some info/instructional messages (Example: “This brings us to the end of roundXX. The next round is on music. First, you will hear a short sound clip followed by a question related to the sound clip. You will then answer the question using slido”) After each round, I want to display the leaderboard to show the participant rankings in that round. At the end of the 4th round, after the 4th round leaderboard has been presented, I want to present the “Cumulative” leaderboard factoring in all 4 rounds to present the top 3 winners

Hi!I am wondering when you will implement the feature of seeing the replies to a given Q&A question also from Presentation Mode (here mentioned as part of the feature, not a bug).While Replies to other’s questions is a nice (paid!) feature to keep audience engaged on other’s questions, I think it’s ESSENTIAL to have the host to see those replies also when presenting full screen.The limit could be overcome by having an additional tab with a regular participant interface but it seems to me a bug that the host of the meeting has less info than a regular participant.Thanks for your prompt answer and consideration of unlocking/implementing this missing part of the Q&A replies feature.Simone
